The S4 sold 40 million units is the combined figure of all the S4 variants. What do you think will happen to all of those other announced variants if they are not called so often in the inventories sold? This is COMMON SENSE that despite of being called Zoom or active, it's S4. Deny all you want. Deep down inside, you know what I am talking about but your blind fanboysm is stopping you from accepting the reality. There is also something called as FACT which doesn't require searching over the internet for hard evident. Fact is a fact. S4 along with the other variants of "S4" sold 40 millions not just S4 I9500 or I9505. Deal with it. Kthxbye

I think Samsung are dreading the iPhone 6 launch. For the first time, Samsung did the work for Apple, and created the market segment for them, so it has actually backfired in their faces.

It's the same case as Apple iPhone. Samsung is the new Apple. I have predicted this long ago when the sales numbers of S4 came out. I wrote, "The 40 million units sold consists of all of the variants of S4 which are also called S4". None believe me. Now look at this lol. Time will tell what's coming. We can just wait and see.

Also, please google SGS5 sales and look at any headline or link. You will see that whenever the article says sales are going to be good, check who is being quoted. It is almost always a 'Samsung Executive' lol. What a great source.

Time and time again, the Shipping vs Sold routine by Samsung. It's useful when sales are also very good, but when Shipping says one thing, and Sales says another, which figure do you take?

Just FYI, SGS3 sold 50,000 a day in Korea.

I.never trust this type, Samsung words be course it's fake. S4 every day price changing, still no sales 50000 to its become 27500. And they said it's sold 40 million. Hear only understand 20 million and frofit is who r taking first. They r becoming fools. Almost 20000 difference. That's y I hate stupid. Samsung. Company. They r cheating customers.

You don't need to stand in queue to buy this phone .It is easily
available in every country and many retailers. Samsung has numerous chain of distributors of phones as well as Tv, fridge, washing machine , computers etc. Even in very small country there are many stores of Samsung and varieties of models as per your pocket capacity. I like its reasonable prices and responsible to all kinds of customers.

Yes, sure "The Korean Times" lal, there is no easier thing to buy over there to post whatever they tell em.
Not that anyone cares really, since S4 didn't sell well, don't expect S5 to do any better.
A simple fact I know more that 20 ppl that own S3 and just 2 that got S4, for me that is enough evidence.

But i do see most of the outlets do not have queues on the launch day.
This is bad compare to note 3 or iphones where i see long long queues at every outlets i see on the launch day.
If this does not tell you anything, i rest my case.
