There is only one other phone that is more snappy than the Lumia 900 that is the iPhone 4S. Lumia 00 is snappy everywhere in the OS. From picture gallery to Maps. None of the Android phones come close to the stability and snappiness of this phone. They all have lag, tons of bugs and inconsistence/unstable Android OS.

why all this negatice comments. just jealous that Nokia are bouncing back and will be the number one again, like they used to be. well its like this the lumia can take all the latest handset dual core. and compete. and some cases, beat them. all of that on a single core. just think what nokia could do with a dual core. world domination.

                The correct order is this
iOS > WP7.5 OS > Symbian OS > MeeGo OS
                > Android OS > BlackBerry OS > Bada OS
                Three years from now
WP8.0 OS > iOS > So little that it is irrelevant

you comment gave me a good laugh:) windows phone the top os? that's a good one:D never gna happen pal.

lol no windows 8 for any of the current windows phones:D

Paul Thurrott wants to set the record straight,
                  and do it convincingly:
No. It won’t happen. Not for the Lumia 900,
and not for any other existing phone. It won’t
happen partially, through an update that will
deliver just some features, and it won’t
happen for those who wish to pay for such an
                  update. It simply isn’t happening.

I dont get this hype about Lumia 900. At short:
                          -old generation screen
                          -old generation procesor
                          -old generation camera (720p only)

and this is Nokia's flagship model?

                          Am I crazy or what?

"Lumia 900 have bigger battery than S2, but Lumia have far worse batterylife and that prove that WP7 have a lot worse batterylife than Android!"

My Lumia 900 battery life is as good as my Galaxy S2 even with the 900 having Facebook on live update. This has very good battery considering LTE onboard, while S2 doesn't have LTE. Check Android phones with LTE, they don't have good battery at all.

WP could be the next thing, as soon as a WP device will have:
                                      - card slot, replaceable battery
                                      - USB OTG
                                      - USB mass storage mode
                                      - divx/xvid (without zune)

                                      time to issue some setbacks

AnonD-36731, 19 Apr 2012Did you come here just to be anti-WP or do you have somethi... moreNot at all, I own a samsung Omnia 7, its a very good smartphone that has a nice well rounded performance level and WP7.5 works well enough.

Is it better than the Lumia 800/900?

Yes against the 800 no against the 900 (major difference is screen size and slightly better battery performance)

Putting all that aside, where Mr Elop made the mistake was to say that Nokia has delivered Microsoft's 1st WP7/7.5 device, clearly that was a wrong move as it was LG, Samsung and HTC that risked their corporate identities by launching WP7 first to market almost 1.5 years before Nokia did.

If Nokia shareholders and BoD had any corporate management thinking they should not have let Mr Elop basically kill off Symbian OS and MeeGo OS, not closed the door and throw away the key to making a Nokia hardware device with Android, but when a company throws at you $1 billion what do you do?

For Nokia to turn around they need the power of an android OS Nokia hardware device, simple as that, once you do that Nokia will turn around and start to challenge again but till then Nokia is stuck in a rut.

You only need to see the Q1 results to see that WP7 won't save Nokia.

                                        Regards
                                        Microplex
