Does anybody else have these minor glitches/problems:
The LED indicator stays lit and not blink until you turn turn off/on the unit. (Just happened, will probably happen again)
Some bits of the previous screen stays on until you scroll up or down. (Happenned a few times, will probably happen again)
Somebody calls you and when you pick up the person who called you won't be able to hear you for a few seconds? (Happened several times, will probably happen again)

to tangles,
it's not supposed to - the bluetooth on the blackberry is just for headsets and other devices. even the CIA use BBs cos they're "safe" so the bluetooth function of sending pix n extras is not on there as its not designed for such things.

This phone looks awesome. I just wish that each character in the QWERTY pad had its own button.
Also (just trying to get rid of a generalization), does anyone have a BlackBerry that DOESN'T use it for business and just for leisure?

I have been told that the most effective memory stick is Sandisk, it is more reliable and don't freeze mobile as other brand.

I am having glitches with the Pearl.
i) About 10% of the time, a picture of someone other than who is calling me appears on my screen.
ii) I've managed to download video, but the playback is awful. Nothing like the pre-loaded video.
iii) When turning off the unit - you get the "press any key to abort - yet pressing a key does not abort the shutdown.
Any Suggestions? Is there an update available somewhere?
Thx

Thanks for you upgrade advice. Have anybody heared anything about the memory card in the blackberry, any more than 1GB will cause your blackberry to freeze. I am reading that on the blackberry forums...I am waiting on my imate jasjar hoping to replace my Cingular 8125 with it...so far I haved had no problem with my Cingular 8125...but with any new device you have to be prepaid for glitches

April24, there is an update if you have T-Mobile on thier website that corrects a lot of the problems you might be experiencing. www.t-mobile.com/bbupdgrade
You should power down you phone once a week tho. That's the normal for PDA phones.

For the guy who says his BB has been charging but nothing has happened. Check the LID on the back of the phone under the battery (Liquid Indicator Dot) see if it's white. If it isn't then the reason your phone doesn't come on is due to liquid damage. I've seen it happen many times.

I just bought a pearl new in the box from a acquaintance and it has been charging for about 14 hours. It still will not power up! All it does is flash in the led notification. The red flash's pattern is once then three times. What is going on? I know it's for the same carrier as I have. Is this normal?
Thanks

tried the samsung blackjack for 2 weeks. ugh, may i never use windows again. i tried parting with my 7130, and i was sad to sell it but this is the first phone since my w810 i have been excited to use. i love it. i can use any phone but at the end, i have the best experience with blackberrys.
