Then you will be able to buy a new phone of your choice. Just make sure next time buy the phone in a respected mobile retail outlets. It's doesn't matter if it's a little bit expensive as long you can be sure if something happens you can either replace the phone or get your money back.

But after I took HTC Desire, i have been very comfortable using it. Recently I upgraded myself to HD and I face across this irritating problem DAILY. Unfortunately, I took this from the grey market since it was not launched in India 2 months back. So I can't even go back. I even tried resetting the phone to factory settings twice. But still I face this problem.

HD7 is not a business phone.
It’s a Consumer phone. It’s running WP7 which is going down the same path as iOS. So go with the Desire HD or a HD2. Both have OS that can be useful to the business user. If you use office 2003 or newer on your PC or you use outlook on your PC. The HD2 would be better. If you are more into the gmail and other google stuff get the Desire HD.

Had this bad boy for a week now and I love it, lots of ppl complaining about battery life so I got 2 1600 mah batterys of eBay dirt cheap and its fine, my only problem is the a2dp Bluetooth does not see my car radio or my girlfriends hands free kit either, searched on net for answers only to find this is a major flaw with most HTC,s , I just hope it gets fixed on gingerbread update because all the music I listen to in my car has been through Bluetooth from my phones, very annoyed

DSR, 02 Jan 2011My Desire HD becomes extremely slow sometimes.. Especially,... moreSo far I have never encountered such a problem. That seems to be a worry, but bring it back where you bought it and discuss with them for a possible replacement.
My HTC Desire HD is so quick to respond to any applications I would like to use. I have been a NOKIA person but with the introduction of HTC in the market. I wouldn't even dream of swapping it to any other mobiles in the market not even the IPHONE.

My Desire HD becomes extremely slow sometimes.. Especially, Sending an SMS takes at least 60 seconds after pressing the "send" button... it displays "please wait..." Is this a common problem? Can anybody suggest any solution please?

In this phone the screen is very big and thats good but the colors are very poor and its not the best in the market,it has 16million colors but they seems to be not,..even Xperia x10 which has 65k colors has a better colorful screen....I tested by my self,and its tested and by gsmarena
