everything is great but 1.5gb memory..but nvm i can always get memory cards for it..

One thing to improve for this superb phone is battery lifetime.
Come on HTC ...please make extended battery with bigger capacity than original one. It is 4.3 inch display with android froyo inside...which is need internet connection for best usages.

What does Java "via third party application" mean? The phone doesn't appear to have java, so you can't install java games. Java on web pages seems to work - is that the 3rd party application? HTC website guide on installing java apps is just nonsense.

My Desire HD's battery lasts a minimum of 2 days with max brightness, medium wifi usage and calls and sometimes goes as far as 3 days. When the phone was new and the battery wasn't formatted it didn't even last for 12 hours but thats NORMAL. So please before posting comments about how much the battery life sucks do your homework and stop wining about it just because you have no idea how to format a battery.

one of the best phone that i have ever used... evrything was so smooth but with a problem....
the battery seem cant be lasted..!! 6 hours outside almost drained all my battery..????
WTF..!!! any solution to this..??? i don wanna selling this phone..

You wouldn't want this phone outside your home without a charger or an extra battery. Mine does not last 12 hours! A few calls, 30+ text messages, no wifi and it already drained my battery? WTF!? I'm going to sell this f*ckn phone now!

I getting really F***ed off with these people moaning about this phone. I have had this phone for a month now and its the best phone I have used. (and yes I used the samsung s and the iphone) anyone who thinks this phone runs slow is rather mad or they dont know how to work the phone.

Try using a real phone before commenting and not the big red plastic one that plays nursery rhymes when you bash the buttons.

overall ok but quite disappointing on the battery usage. indicated that the talking time is up to 550mins but actually it can only last for 3hours with talking time about 1/2hour only. what is the actual performance ratio here? it's only 30% from the performance indicated in d website. The target market for Desire HD shld b biz man but d phone can only last for 3hours? Disappointed huh?

hi everyone...i would like to ask if i can make calls for free via skype from my htc desire hd and how can i do that?I am asking because desire hd has not front camera so i am wondering if i can download and use the skype application...thanks in advance

Ease of use. Very high performances. Excellent camera and sound system. No special problems found. But battery life is not too long. Besides I prefer Desire HD than Galaxy S and iPhone4.
