V30, V30+, V30S all are One and the same thing, except to make public Fools. LG has had enough of Beating, on their own mistakes! Now V40 may come next year, with downgrade to LCD panel! In name of conservation!

LG V30's rear camera is good but Rear camera on S7 edge camera is simply superb in auto mode. But LG V30 has a wide angle camera which is really useful and great to use in lots of scenario.
Apart from that V30 is great in all other areas except software updates. My S7 edge is updated to Feb security update but LG is still in January and no news about Oreo update for international unlocked version.

V30+ now V30S only 4-6GB Ram difference, but price is double! G7 & V40 in doldrums! At times it's Luck which counts, Same Korean Companies by Sammy is Leader and LG in Red!

The V30 'Family' ...in my opinion... is just an evolved or advanced version of the 'G-Line'. I've yet to see or rather I'm going to wait for the actual advancement or evolution of the 'V-Line.' LG, you did an awesome job creating the V30 but it's not a 'V' series phone. Just like your upcoming phone with a notch is not an iPhoneX. The V10 and V20 have laid a foundation you should build upon. Good Luck LG ! May technology be your ally ...not a cow you can milk.

V30 is the last nail in LGs coffin of in future don't mumble anymore. No sense of direction nor trend. Hopless preface with outdated icons and themes, serum and fonts are ridiculous. Bye for now, LG keep within your home appliances!

I have a lg v20, and yes the spec is not as good. but i kept having people asking me what is this phone that took a wide selfies. but LG took it away in V30.

but there is a "catch". Some operators, like PLAY in Poland, are holding the upadates for their branded phones. I guess the reason, except a low number of people workling in that department is, that those same people have to drink a lot of tee, coffe or vodka.. maybe i'm wrong, maybe i'm not...

It has become a trend, that Like HTC, LG has become offended from its customers, because sales and losses are piling up! In retaliation they have stopped any type of security updates or upgraded to Oreo! Otherwise Look at Microsoft their system Windows has flopped, under one percent, but every 7th of each month their is security update, plus apps upgrades on regular basis! LG should cater to its responsibilities towards customers after sales obligations!

After using it for around 2 months I can say LG V30+ is definitely a great device. No lag's whatsoever except on the phone dialer/contact app which is bit frustrating sometimes.
But my only concern with LG is that there is no on time security updates and OS updates which is a bummer considering LG is a tier-1 brand.
This issue along will make lot of users decide not to buy LG flagships.
Dear LG.
If you are reading this user opinion column and if you are really concerned about your users then give on time security as well as OS updates orelse you are going to loose lots of your existing customers no matter how good your phone is and how good a phone you release in the future.

As impartial, I wud honestly declare V30+ as above average in all fields, but timing and supply problems, plus drastic prices slashed is a nervous move by LG. As G 7 on the way, we wud definately like V40 prototype in works!

The display on my V30+ is absolutely fantastic. I can find no fault in it whatsoever. It is clear, bright, detailed and has excellent contrast.
I am aware that there was some criticism of early releases but my, recently purchased, phone has no issues at all with the quality of the screen.

V30 for 600-650 euros is a bargain
The oneplus 5T for 500 euros is a bargain too.
Both are excellent phones but the V30 being superior but with a steeper price
