go to this link...follow the steps ...BE CAREFUL THAT YOU ARE NOT DOWNLOADING "2INIT" version 1.7 or 8 as described in the above link .just download "2init 1.4.2"(not in market) by searching download link on google aND IF YOU are on froyo 2.2 skip first 4 steps or if on 2.1 eclair u must flah froyo first...try to install go launcher ex from market after the installation of cm7

Hey DEFY users,
I have used the Motorola BackFlip and upgraded it to CM 7 now i am planning to buy DEFY but when I see on the internet there are many complaints of Touch Screen not responding,The Speaker stops working but it works on Hands Free...So I am a little confused as I liked the piece with faadu specs..but not confident with the Hardware components...so all the users can share their personal experiences and help me out :)

I just bought Defy
There's a "superuser icon" in the menu...is that mean the device already rooted?
And i don't get any waranty card,is that normal??

i wonder if i'm the only person here worrying about the hige sar level of this device.
its seems to me so high to have 1.52 sar level ,when most smartphones today have a range between 0.2 to 1.1

Well, I have this phone and i must say that it does worth every dollar. The battery keeps me for about 3 days with moderate use. If you are lucky to buy a Defy with RED lens you will be able to record in 720p

friends,my ginger bread update wait is over, flashed with cyanogen7 2.3.4 rom..everything working fine than older one...and also overclocked automatically to 1ghz..much faster than older...but motoblur,dlna and hot spot apps have lost..no problem those are available in market...lot of improvements!!!!!!!!!
