I'm nearing the end of a 24 month contract and will be glad to never see this phone again. Constant screen freezes and lagging has been a problem from the start, even with very few apps/widgets installed. Resetting the phone would help for a short while but in my opinion the user shouldn't have to do this twice a month to get a phone to function. What attracted me to the phone originally was the compact design, sturdy casing and android OS. I still like these aspects, but overall I would never recommend this phone to anyone.

it is a good phone, I am using it for the last 2years.no problems at all. good resolution, actual gorilla glass screen, water &dust proof, usable in rough conditions. only 1 limitation it can't read Hindi text.

Had this phone for over a year and can't get on with it. Regular screen freeze and short battery life. Not happy with it at all.

i got this phone and its says there no network when i got a sim card in it and the screen has black out on me and says the fone slow or something. so now i got to go and find out what wrong with it

I own This device and I have it running CM10 [JB based ROM] at 1.2GHz and it's holding up REALLY nicely with no problems whatsoever, it even fell like three stories into a phone killing floor and all it got was two scratches on two corners of the bezel and a scratch on the screen. still have to test underwater prolonged scuba functions

Just write Defy quarx and you will find it on xda Jellybean for defy. On version 18.11 max 5,5 days on battery. Quarx works on 4.2 anyway.

Battery lasts only 3 days on standby and phone decides to re-boot a few times a day for whatever reason.
