When there is shortage of RAM then its ok to remove it and reload it again when app is relaunched.
But here sammy got 4GB of RAM and choose to reload overtime .
In short samsung and software are mutually exclusive.

Must have something to do with their Touchwiz. I have a Moto G (2nd gen) with a measly 1 Gb ram and it doesn't do that.

And the Nexus 6 takes quite good pictures if I might say for a SMARTPHONE.

iPhone has this issue too it tends to reload the apps and also reloads the browser as it is unable to keep up. Have noticed the G4 is able to retain status in the background as well as the Blackberry Z10, Z30, and Classic do an excellent job at holding own not just to other apps in the background but also hold on to MANY browser tabs without having to reload.

iOS devices are the same, which is why I dumped them. Fedup of losing my app status and/or having web pages and forms reload each time I went back to them from another app, perhaps where I needed to grab some data for the aforementioned form!
I had a Note 4, which was excellent, and wasn't too bad, but I now have a 32GB Nexus 5 (Mk 1!) and not only do all the apps run ultra fast, but they retain their status, and it's a 2 year old model with 2GB RAM.
This is what Google's optimisations do, and why Samsung and others need to focus on nice hardware and styluses and stop messing with the software/firmware, unless adding features that do not effect or improve performance. IE, their swipe to text feature in the contacts list is awesome, and is not going to be processor or memory intensive.
We need a Nexus Note!

that opinion may or may not be correct, and you might disagree with it, but that doesn't necessarily make it 'hate', get a grip and stop using popular tag lines that really have no meaning, or at least stop using them so obviously out of context.
Back to point, I agree this issue is not directly processor related, but it's possible that it could be indirectly linked to the SOC . The Exynos 7420 uses 4xA57 cores and runs them at a peak frequency of 2.1ghz, even at 14nm these 4 cores are going to be pretty thirsty for power.
Couple that with the heavy Touchwiz skin and its myriad of resource hungry features (yes it's lighter than previous versions, but hey it's still touchwiz) such as keeping the camera app in constant standby etc., and a ultra high resolution screen, and you could come to the conclusion that Samsung is just trying to eke out any extra available ounce of battery life by keeping as few extra processes running in the background as possible.
What ever the cause, it's a poor showing from devices featuring 3 & 4gb of DDR4 memory, and kind of makes those great 'on paper' sounding specs a tad irrelevant.

This coming from someone that owns both, a Nexus 6 and a Note 4 "and previous owner of a S3 and S4", both with the same hardware and the Nexus 6 runs circles around the Note 4, Samsung thought by adding more ram it would fix the problem, which it hasn't.
