Symbian provides what other OS can not! ...
symbian options are great and so easy that every child can working with Nokia phone ...
Android is a good product but lacks a lot, always something you need but the Android does not give you opportunities, and it is impossible in symbian, symbian always has a solution for your wishes ...
One thing is certain that the Nokia/Symbian is a great product, and Nokia should be extended to develop in that direction ...

I think that is better version of symbian, but Mac OSX on iPhone is the best.

nokia's touchscreen such as the 5800 is responsive enough to the touch. The iphone bugged me because it is too responsive.

iphone users and nokia/ symbian haters get lost.
Symbian OS is not dead. It is very much alive!!!! Nokia is cooking something sweet. Symbian has more freedom than any other OS.
Nokia smartphones functionality is ALL-AROUND.
Symbian OS paved the way for other OS.
I guess the people that are hating do not really know the Symbian world.

Symbian isnt good anymore. These days, its all about Android and iPhone OS. while iphone OS is on top right now, Android will soon take over, and symbian will be left behind with every other small OS

i THINK nokia is very very late in widgets technology bcoz samsung is giving better performane and widget user interface in cheap handsets with bonus CAPACITIVE touchscreen.

better than the current S60 5th
a new visual look is always refreshing but if its performance matches Android and Mac Mobile than its good for Nokia fans.
A 5800 ish Symbian 4 would be a good phone for millions.

nokia focus much on mid range/low end phone just because they know many people all over the world dont need the high end phone.
the high end phone from nokia n900 is a very good start for nokia to dominate the world wide high end market.

all you people say that symbian is ugly and boring you probably don't have a clue about mobility... no other OS have symbian's possibilities and features. if you think that a 'cute and colorful' menu makes a phone great (haha), you must be the biggest games of those 0S makers. and btw, symbian 0S can easily be transformed to any other with a simple emulator app, just for fun.
and remember symbian equals to more than half phone users...NOKIA HULK

Look at your (F**) Google/Android sales first week. Your Android gonna to die even in early development! :))))
First week just... 50000 sales! It's so shame for Google Android!
How many brands can't get only one Nokia/Symbian.
You iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile, Blackberry, Palm webOS together can't overtake a lone Nokia/Symbian!
