There is already a Facebook universal app for windows 10. If it is very urgent for you, install W10M preview build and you'll get the Facebook app.

Really disappointed. MS missed a really huge opportunities.
I guess this is a sign that MS losing interest in smartphone business.
That's sad because Win10 Mobile had lots of potentials.

Unless they fix the lack of text reflow in the mail client, I really don't see any reason to upgrade from 8.1. To understand, try reading an email in landscape mode in order to see more words in the same line.

I'm waiting for Windows 10 too, but what is the problem with WP8.1?

This is the reason I left windows phones and went back tk Android. Microsoft should just abandone making phones or windows mobile os and concentrate on what it has been doing best.

i bought 640XL in July hoping to enjoy win10 update..now its just a waste of my money and time..waited for last 6 months..no more..absolutely shocking...and the worst possible app store...they dont even have official facebook app...how ridiculous! they should quit from mobile phone business.

MS could have lead the way of modern smart phones 5 years ago but they choose to did not cuz some fundamental beliefs about relevancy, it's really hard to change that now specially with the current surprising stupidity they are all in, W10 devices event was very stupid thing, it's like they are marketing their failure proudly, the way MS are handling expectations of their loyal users is so stupid, stupidity in marketing, stupidity in planing as the suspension of project Astoria tells us, what to expect from such losers!!!

hahaha, just what i expected, MS is a joke, I bought a Lumia 640 XL back in May cuz MS said the W10 upgrade is coming soon in June and then they delayed it to July then Sep then we heard about " early in Q4" then Nov then Dec!!!! WTF MS ??!!!! MS totally disrespect their users. MS mobile users needed that upgrade so badly cuz WP 8.1 lacks a lot of functionality of a smart phone and they think W10 will handle that !! but for me I totally lost my belief in MS, do you know that outlook for ios still lot better than outlook for Windows 10?! what a joke!!!!!

Windows phones are dead. Sales data for 950/950XL so far are way below expectation. Not Amazon Fire phone bad but close to HTC One M9 bad. Microsoft is concentrate all mobile resources to patch Windows 10 and will only look at 8.1 devices after they fixed Win 10.

One happy user with Windows 10 Mobile preview build installed on my Lumia 525.
It was hilarious when I read someone below saying it was slow on Lumia 640. It works smoothly on my dual core 1Ghz Lumia 525. There are review videos on YouTube showing the performance of W10M on old phones. Check them out, see for yourself before you believe a troll.

you ppl better quit ur software business... you r all telling tat u would release w10 since august but wats happening is nothing had been done till date instead ur releasing preview version w10 which has lots of bugs and the phone freezes smtimes... And keep on delaying so tat ppl may frget windows 10 phones...
