Nokia 3250 and SE W810 released

I love both phones ! One is a smartphone ( 3250 ) and one is not .Hmmmmmmmmmmm - a really tough choice and you know what- I 'm actually going for the Qtek 8310 !
If I could have more than 1 phone- I would have all 3 !

The quadband features of the W810 is the strong selling point for me, it would be the phone i'd buy if i wanted to get a candybar phone.

The W810i comes with a 512MB Memory Stick PRO, which provides enough memory for 240 full-length tracks. Sounds better to me!!

I´d say that SE is good in doing cameras and music thingies... Because that´s what Sony has always done... But Nokia can do things,
Symbian gives the phone a lot more usefulness, the menus are easy, two action buttons which functions that can be seen in the display. Not some weird C and Delete-buttons and crowded/full menus...
But whatever... If you want a useful phone go for Symbian. If you want a cool-looking toy with a nice camera and a "better" (?) music-player... Go for SE...

Talking about budget, SE W810 has reasonable price with a lot of fun features. But, W800 is the best, as it provides Memory Stick 512 Mb for free. Not sure about W810???
Nokia 3250 has little bit high price with less features, besides it is just 3XXX series! Only for peoples who are huge fans of Nokia.
If I had to choose one of them, I would choose W810 fairly.

Two Phones that I've been waiting this year were 3250 & W810...but if we look towards Nokia it is quite comfortable, easy to use & the main part of it is that people can find lots of software for it but on the other hand SE Have advantage of thier sound quality...wat i actually think cheaper price will hav much effect on both of them...

Nokia sound is horrible they are very difficult to use on the other hand SE sound quality and operations are great and w810 is one sexy machine everyone must have it is easyly conectable with car stereo and home theater so my all votes for SE juts look at Nokia stupid design Nokia shoould fire whole design department as well as programers

Don't know why Symbian is so great, my old 6600 had it and it made no difference to functionality- I think it's all a conspiracy invented by Nokia so that people would actually buy their crappy phones and think they're getting something. W810 is the much better phone from the superior manufacturer.

symbian OS is mostly good but , it also crashes sometimes!
N3250 design is not practical , it`s supposed 2 be pocket music player , so i think if i put it in my pocket the twist will break !!
I`ll go 4 sure 4 W810 full functional MP3 player , autofocus camera + flash , block design
at least SE won`t make those marketing bugs (like NOKIA 7610:doesn`t support headsets !!!, plays mp3s only via the loudspeaker ))
SE is excellent value 4 money , not every day a new model , so ur model`s price won`t go down so fast if u wanna replace !

i think the w810 is ugly very cheap phone have nothing interesting comparing to the w800. SE can't make new phone? Just copied the w800 with new corp? w810 is outdated brick with tiny keys and orange ugly marks.
3250 is not good too, but it has one advantage: much more useful OS with great possibilities like good internet explorer, office files viewer etc.
So 3250 is better buy than outdated copy of the w800.

These are the two phones that I have narrowed it down to. The reason why I picked the 3250 is because I already have a Nokia and they to me are very reliable. Saying that, Sony Ericsson's are very reliable too. I know someone who is still kicking around a T68i. Sony Ericsson will take much better photos because of the autofocus, but for a decent camera and good reliabiltiy the Nokia 3250 would be a wise choice. But I think the Sony Ericsson W810i is going to win this battle because of the excellent camera and Walkman feature.

it has been years ago and i have never used a symbian phone. my brother has one but he is not maximizing it anyway. i have always go for small but powerful phones and SE phones are the ones i am referring to. not the ugly and fat and bulky nokias like the 3250. have you listened to the sound quality of the SEs and nokias? my gosh....SE rulz!

i think these are kind of equal,i would chose the w810 if the battery is better,but other than that the 3250 is much better because of the symbian OS,both of them have nice design,i really dont care about the camera,as for the memory when will i have time to listen 1GB of music i dont have that much music even on my computer anyway.

Symbian trash?! lol, no offence but have u ever had a symbian phone before?and did u try to install some applications to it?it's great, with symbian, it feels like u can do anything with ur phone~ if the price are the same, i would rather choose Nokia 3250

I hope all the silly little faults that the w800i had have now been sorted, as for me SE have lost a customer and im much happier with my brand spanking new 6280.
Urg never again will I have to look at that tiny little low res screen again or wonder where my mp3's have gone when transfering them with that crappy disc 2 phone software.
Oh my old phone is on ebay if anybody wants a w800i (Contract paid off thats how peed off I got with it, ahem Orange never again)
SE's tech support answer was we only provide phone's to make calls, the mp3 function is just an added bonus :O

Go back to your gameboys and walkmans dudes
