I was s... moreAs of ASUS Malaysia webpage, the ZenFone 3 Laser runs on Octa-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A53 Snapdragon 430 with Adreno 505 while the ZenFone 3 Max are probably on a Quad-core ranging from 1.0GHz - 1.5GHz Cortex-A53 MediaTek MT673x, probably the MT with Mali-T720. Not too sure tech geeks want to pay MYR 799 for a MediaTek and MYR 999 for an entry-level Snapdragon chipset...

1) Zenfone 3 Ultra, Zenfone 3 Deluxe too expensive. I was so disappointed because i kinda looking forward to the product launch of Ultra, but this is too much.
2) Bestsellers would be Zenfone 3 laser and Max.
3) Zenfone 3's Chipset (SD625) is not even close to RM1499 and RM 1699 competition. For Rm 1499 i can easily get Huawei Honor 7 or even getting an imported Mi 5.
(btw the Zenvolution even was quite good though)
You want best value for money? Redmi Note 3. Asus screwed it up this time in terms of pricing.

Asus phones suppose to be an affordable one but nowadays they compete with the big boys in terms of pricing. Not Like This.

So the options available are oneplus 3 and mi5 which are also slightly expensive than other markets. Still disappointed with Asus pricing thou.

I have waited for a long time for Zenfone 3, but it disappointing in all ways. So i'm going forward to Oneplus 3...

Asus just wanted to prove to the public that they can make a flagship grade model, the zenfine 3 deluxe. But I think they could not keep the price low enough, even though the phone is really a beast. At those price people would buy Samsung or apple.

Promised to released the android 6.0 in june but still here usibg android 5.0 not even 5.1.1 at least. Disappointed with asus. I used to be proud of this brand
