No update till 30/05/11. Just like Froyo update, Samsung India is gonna wait till 31st to release 2.3...that is if they r still planning on doin so this month. Typical Samsung....sell the phone, never mind the after sale service and software support. Guys you r losing a huge chunk of market due to this.

its a great news....but its already 30/05/2011... yet still no gingerbread update in Malaysia...samsung galaxy s is a great phone... android is a great OS.... but all i can say is samsung tech team really have to work more harder.... always with the issue of late delivery of updates...

I think gsmarena did a little mistake about this untrusty news there will be no updates for Galaxy S never. Everybody must buy Apple or Nokia if they like the updates than phones ;) sorry for the bad news you will see my truth in next 6 months lol
