None of these offerings wow me --except the Nokia 2.1 if they can get that to India, Central Asia, Africa, and South America by the tens of millions for pennies.

People out there will be well served with Stock Android, a coloured screen, a camera, and a long battery life. Again, this device is only good if they can make A LOT of them and sell them cheap for the really poor people looking to update their Symbian phones.

So this is how Nokia charging up? With all these lame models? I can see Nokia is getting nearer to another EOL again.

[deleted post]Hmm they do favour nokia... atleast the build quality is top notch even in entry level... nokia eats shit when it comes to ram and rom. This year they have managed to put better processors atleast.

The old nokia 3 is very slow to charge. Takes more than 3 hours... i hope the new one is faster than that if not really fast.... its annoying.

Funny how ( if not all, but pretty close to that) people who commented here are most likely won't buying any of these phones and they're here to complaints about it. They are budget phones, people. So they come with the budget specs as well.

These are a budget smartphone that wallet friendly so that some people who can use a better version of Android smartphone and doesn't need to spend a lot of money. They are AndroidOne and AndroidGo edition smartphone, for God's sake!

And also, while the Nokia 5.1 did price itself pretty close to the Nokia 6( 2017 version), but they're probably gonna be gone as places that sell them are bringing the Nokia 6.1 (2018 version) in. And as for the other ones, not many use retailer sell them, you can find the Nokia 2 and Nokia 6 from B&H, bestbuy, or/and Walmart.

Interested in the 5.1 but the SoC + batt size is a bit too optimistic. Also the price when it gets to my country Malaysia. Have to weigh it against Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, which is easily the superior choice if it's priced too close Android One or not.

They should have kept Nokia 2.1 at 5 inches and gave at-least one more gig of ram i.e. total of 2gb. This phone would have sold like hot cakes. But HMD engineers are f**ls. They don't want to sell just want to show of looks like.
