In terms of brightness and clarity obviously.. The owns good point of an LCD are the whites are better.

Sony selling garbage with broken screens and CEO says deal with that.
There is nothing unique on that.
Sony is just company which should really finish they bussiness before the red numbers become bleeding a lot.

Less and less people buying sony less and less money they have to fight with this issues so more and more problems will ocur with next upcoming devices from Sony.
Its same like Sony Erricsson in past.
And they ended.

Sony must really pull up their socks fast. Sony Ericsson used to be the second best manufacturer after Nokia for a very long time, with highly successful Cybershot and walkman series phones. And see now where it stands? This particular issue is very hard to see even in Chinese low quality Redmi phones, forget about Apple, Samsung and other flagships. I struggle to see, why they always fail to release single phone that epitomizes all their prowess in cameras, audio equipment and gaming?

They also had display problems even in earlier phones, the Z3 series also had this problem where the screen does not become responsive and a screen replacement was the only fix. My old Z3 Compact (which I traded to my cousin) suffered screen issues where the navigation buttons won't respond even if the phone was restarted. The only fix was a new display.
