Kiyasuriin, 26 Aug 2018As someone who knows both iOS and android's experience, and... moreim an iphone user always have been and your points are all valid. everyone has their own views. for some its a big headache and for others they just get used to it.
for example I would always run out of storage so almost 2 years ago I decided to pay a little extra and purchase the 256gb option for the iphone 7 plus.
its been almost 2 years and I still have just over 150gb remaining so for me and other users storage isn't even a problem but yes others would use more storage but I still reckon 256gb is more than enough.

I totally agree with file transfers but I do think people do go overboard a bit regarding iTunes. for example im using apple music right now so iv stopped using iTunes for music completely. but before apple music I would use iTunes to transfer music.
one day my mate came over with his laptop and he has a Samsung s7 edge. we both copied same music to our phones. he copied the music from usb to his laptop and I had music already stored on my pc. so then he connects his phone and opens his music folder and drags and drops his files into the music folder. at the same time I opened iTunes which took 10 seconds to be fully open. I then created a playlist which took roughly 10 seconds. I then dragged the folder containing my music and did drag and drop into the playlist and then I clicked on sync. my music was on my iphone in the same time it took my mate. all ii did on iTunes was open the interface and just did drag and drop and clicked sync. not really much of a hassle compared to the android way where u still have to clickj on various folders to drag and drop files.
I also use Power extreme movie player which I highly recommend and its free. same again, I open iTunes which takes 10 seconds, I click on apps and I spot power extreme and I just drag and drop a movie and the file transfer is super fast.
some people don't have issues using iTunes at all and I do reckon people exaggerate a lot bcuz it doesn't take much longer to copy music than android does.

lastly I agree all app settings should remain in the apps and not in main settings.
but again, its still very simple. u mntion it clutters the settings but once u know where to look then its easy. for example I wanted to check what extra settings are available for the game fortnite. so I already know the app settings are in alphabetical order in the main settings app so I open settings and quickly scroll down to bottom of page and voila, in a few seconds iv found fortnite as I know my alphabet and know its at bottom of settings page so its very easy to manouver once you figure out where certain things are.
all in all, im a happy user as my almost 2 year old device still runs smooth like butter and can possibly last me another few more years as it can still handle all the biggest games like fortnite and the processor is still very fast and I don't care if its not the best camera as long as its decent enough.
enjoy ur devices and im sure one day u will find transferring stuff much easier

Duel83, 26 Aug 2018They are jealous, it's very obvious. They are unhappy with ... moreSo I really don't understand if the person who responded to my previous comment just posted after seeing a word and responding to that word, and nothing else.

E.g. GSMA article (see below) are Apples number one accessory purchased

Second e.g AT&T state it will have implemented 5G in some cities, so some spikes add nothing if you have a flagship 4G phone, to upgrade to another when 5G may be rolling out in 2019

I am somewhat skeptical of Apple because e.g stated in the earlier post the iphone 6 is the iPhone 5 with a 4.7 inch display instead of 4 inches just adding Apple Pay (2 years after iPhone 5 you upgraded to the same phone just larger display)
      https://www.gsmarena.com/kgis_10_predictions_for_the_iphones_slimmest_bezels_ever_on_the_oled_model-news-25979.php

Where do these analyst go from 80 million to 350 million

There are 6 billion people on the planet 350 million means 5% of the total population will upgrade to the next iPhone despite Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung.

Also as GSMA is a family member who I visit multiple times, Apple are changing to China to lower production cost and some how this will result in lower prices ain't going to happen

You don't get to be a trillion $ company by selling phones at a reasonable price

FYI not jealous any other OS you could sync a phone with computer, Only when an Apple iPhone is involved do you run into difficulties sharing media

E.g. 11 years in given the price differential of various iPhone memory, a caring company would Imo allow XGb for System and 32Gb / 64Gb etc actual memory a bit like Android phone memory / Card memory and at the same time not charge $100 for 32Gb whatever

But hey almost September we will see what if ever changes, additionally in 2019 will this years models be 5G versions

Cause most of the iPhone users think that android users can't afford an iPhone which i think is completely wrong. Being an iPhone user for long, i guess it would stop whenever you stop claiming that just because someone bought an iPhone is a rich or classy person. I don't think buying simply an expensive gadget should make you look rich. But unfortunately most of the iPhone users think the opposite.

That's my personal preference. I enjoy the OS. I know iPhone is not a value for money. In my country iPhone X costs $1500. Still I bought iPhone X because I can afford it. I am satisfied with my purchase. In my case "personal satisfaction" is the value. If everybody wanted value for the money Apple would go bankrupt.

They are unhappy with their products and can't accept how much Apple users like their products. Quality costs money, they keep buying new Android phones over and over again hoping the next one delivers. Usually when they buy iPhone they stop switching because they finally found great experience.

Why keep hitting head to the wall and not just buy iPhone and be happy so you won't need to spread "your" hate and insecurity in Apple articles.

These new iPhones do not have a headphone jack from iPhone 7 onward. It is simply not worth to upgrade if you've iPhone 6, 6S, SE, 5S. People usually buy phones with headphone jacks for convenience and higher sound quality. They are also overpriced compared to many top tier android phones that comes with more features and have headphone jack and microsd slot included as standard.
