And a12s main advantage is 7nm

Abhi Dahiya, 24 Sep 2018What ? Are you in proper state of mind? Kirin 970 was a f... moreHuawei didn't cheat on benchmark when it released Kirin 960. Kirin 960 beats apple in multi-core performance. If you are not aware of it then check the results of gsmarena of any Kirin 960 powered device. Multi-core performance is what matters when the phone runs intensive tasks.

That's based on cheating or based on actual test result. With Huawei, one can never tell if the claims are real even from VP

This is completely absurd, Huawei's stock ARM cores never touched Apple's proprietary CPUs, EVER, the GPU is confirmed to be inferior to SD845 and if Apple's numbers are realistic then A12's GPU is above the SD845, Huawei's numbers for the NPU are 20% below Apple's, the only aspect where they have a chance is the modem, which is nobody's concern since no carrier supports those speeds so they're for nothing but bragging rights.
Lyin' Huawei's at it again. Just this year they lied about inventing the notch, lied about GPU Turbo's feeble capabilities, lied about P20's slo-mo video, cheated Kirin 970's benchmarks, tried (and caught, the third time) to pass DSLR images as phone camera samples, and more and more people realize that P20P's imaging quality is overhyped.

Furiounx, 24 Sep 2018Meh, doubt it. Plus this is the same company that was caugh... moreIt was a demonstration of the phones features, and never did they claim it was photos straight from the phone man. Unlike Samsung Brazil that took stock photos and passed then off as photos from the A8.

before you all laugh at him, if you think about it, the 970 is in dayly use and in speed tests on paar with SD845 and Apples Bionic, if you only look at numbers apple's chips must be monstrously faster than the other both but really are not in real life tests, benchmarks are not really saying much
