why, 23 Oct 2018can we stop emphasizing the lack of 3.5mm audio jack - it's... moreJust because Samsung & LG have the 3.5mm jack, some people seem to think that it's instead of the latest Bluetooth 5, or it can't have the IP68 dust/water proof (up to 1.5m for 30 mins), when clearly they have BOTH.
I prefer the choice of both, especially as wired is still better quality than wireless & there's zero latency.
I know that recent wireless headphones have improved alot in sound quality, and it's actually worth getting a pair, I'll get a pair whenever I need/ want, like the Sony WH-1000XM3.

I like being able to plug my phone into my car stereo or HiFi amplifier using the 3.5mm jack to L&R RCA's, & charge my phone at the same time.
If you haven't tried hooking up your phone to your HiFi, you should, it's awesome.

This year it may be less overall, but any audiophiles on Samsung & LG it will be more.
In September 2016 when Apple launched the iPhone 7 without a 3.5mm jack, 46% (the majority) of their users weren't very happy about it, and said that they wouldn't get the iP 7:

why, 23 Oct 2018can we stop emphasizing the lack of 3.5mm audio jack - it's... moreat home.. ure useing cable connection or wireless for your pc .?? if you are going for the wireless dont talk like "cable is dead" cose you will look like a stupid in eye of people who actualy value connection.. same happen with the jack.. deal with what ? with a bluetooth headset? no thank you.. jack is way superior all the way. .. you just dont know what ure talking .. .. wereless/bluetooth is downgrade in comparation with cable..

The only place you see flip phones now are little childrens toys, there is a reason this form factor died off but some idiot at Samsung thinks it would be so retro to make a phone with all the flaws and shortcomings of the old versions, updated for 2019!
Dual screens huh... only slightly more retarded than having bendable displays.. you can ONLY look at 1 screen at a time so at any given moment you are only ever able to see 50% of the available screen space but that screen will be 1/4th the area of a normal candybar phone lol.
Not to mention the smaller antennae, battery, keypad all reasons why this form factor died off and should stay dead but hey some executive at samsung can pat himself on the back from bringing this piece of shit to market yay

Phones like these are still popular in Japan, there's a whole different Android market there, and some of their really nice phones (NEC, Kyocera, etc.) aren't even sold elsewhere in the world.

I don't remember a lot of flip phones having a 3.5mm jack even when they were popular. It's amazing anyone e even makes a half decent flip phone now.

I would love to have a flip phone. It is cool just as a daily phone without any demanding stuff.
