Apple greediness , less innovations and not worth for money products are leads to this situation, its an eyeopener to Apple otherwise we will see Nokia history repeats again with Apple too soon. Iam Apple hardcore fan too using since Apple 4 to XS mx

i am using apple since iiphone 3g launch ,but now after 8 to 10 lot of apple mobile use, i am irritate about apple, there is nothing new in in apple software, so now i am but docomo japnes set in japnes set alot of funtion and, option, and fun to using, and in apple only use instagram, nothing eles..

They still have impressive revenues and everything, but that’s because of their fan-base. Fan-base which is slowly shrinking. And not only they were the ones who allowed Chinese companies to grow, but they even gave them space to raise their prices aswell, since they’ll still be much cheaper than Apple. But, if Apple wants to see their logo on less and less devices in hands of people on the street - then they are heading in right direction.

Apple should now know why sales of latest or even last model isn't performing as expected. Sure they did some sort enhacement n new chip but did little to the bezel(still big), camera (still 12mp for last 2/3 models), battery (small capacity) n charger (still no fast charge 3.0/4.0 equivalent). The phone is getting expensive with every model (latest xr at $750 with hd resolution). This might not work anymore n peoples are looking at other phones which worth the money they are paying for.

no doubt , apple was the first company to bring smartphone technology into the world and other players copied it. But today apple is just looting people in the name of innovation. Other players are way ahead of apple, be it low cost best quality smartphones or wireless charging and other features. Chinese players are providing better featured phones at very low cost.
Its an appeal to all, stop buying these expensive .

im due to replace my SE, i dont mind buying a $750 phone, but this new iphone's notch doesn't grow on me, it looks ugly and annoying, im waiting for the new s10 from samsung.

As long as Apple have their fans they would be fine. All sorts of people have sizeable and rabid fanbases, and so does Apple.
They should do a USD 2500 iPhone with titanium and sapphire glass. Would really help with profitability, sales numbers hardly matter.

Second of all, no company is perfect and other companies had that kind of issues and other including Apple.
Third of all, yes your right about Samsung's high end phones lose to Chinese phones but the Chinese high ends phones lose to their mid rangers like Huawei's P and Mate series lose to their mid rangers the honor, etc and other.
All those companies at least get some and lose some money but Apple only got high end which they started to lose in the last 3 years.

Apple itself is responsible for fiasco. Keeping prices sky high allowed Chinese companies to flourish. They minted huge margin than Apple could have mustered and these chinese companies are eating out the market share. Apple is now in a position where Blackberry, Motorola and Nokia were there few years back and see their fate now

Apple is gonna have serious problems if they don't change their strategy in the next couple years.
It's not that iphones are bad, the problem is that Chinese brands like Huawei, Xiaomi, Oneplus are making incredible good phones for half the price and less. Look at Huawei Honor 8X for example, com 1/3 or less that costs the iphone, you get a very good smartphone, good camera, awesome battery, fast enough, good quality etc...people are starting to think "why pay more??"...

Yes, there is. It's called a logo. That huge shiny Apple logo at the back of an iPhone XS Max almost screams "my owner is rich" (or pretending to be rich).
Seriously though, there's nothing special about an XS Max over any Android device if you talk about the phone's true / real world usability, versatility, sheer customizability, value for the money and overall user experience. The only thing you get are the bragging rights, brand image and eroding Apple prestige. To some people, they are everything never mind if they suffer in silence from the overly restrictive, limited, suffocating user experience.
