I've heard it, I've seen it, I've got bored of that. It's just a phone! People act like a phone would be a part of them. Hell, it's just for information transfering and entertainment. What kind of privacy is broken? Whisper your secret to a friend's ear and no one will know. Besides, why the hell they would care when did you poop when they have millions of users to read and look for terrorists (wonder what they would do if I'd plan to assassinate the president...)? My only question would be, can the camera work when it's not turned on? Wouldn't be fun if they could see me masturbate... O.o Imma cover my lens with paint. xD

I'm so glad I live in Canada where this type of thing is illegal. Just flash your phone with a ROM from a Candian carrier, they do not contain Carrier IQ software.

This is sick,all my messages should be private and by law that is SPYING.I could be involved in a legal case or suing someone and they can gather knowledge..Its a bloody illegal act and breaks all human rights.
