The price is expected, as large storage doesn't come cheap.. but that hideous cutout is not better than a teardrop.

They should just price it at 2000€. People who would pay 1600€ for a phone would pay 2000€ as well, and no one normal is gonna buy it anyway

And in 12 months with S11 coming, these phones will be sold 50 % from their value of today...if you buy every year the flagship from last year you save tons of money...do i really need the very last phone ? No. I just bought an S9 for 450 €, launching price 850 €...
Anyway for most people a 200 € Huawei Y9 2019 is more than enough...it is only marketing techniques to make people buy the latest most expensive phone...Silly us.

And until these prices Sony and Google were more over priced.
Followed closely by LG even by using weak low end sensors.
How this pricing is ridiculous. But many of them have reached ridiculous. The only difference between them all is that Samsung is the one that spends the most in r n s, parts, and software, and offers the most the package and accessories for it.
But it's still just way too expensive.

Here in South Africa the iPhone xs max already costs 2500 usd, the s10+ will surely cost 3000-3200 approx. That is just ridiculous! The fruit might justify with their ecosystem, IOS and Shamesung???
