New Sony Xperia XZ4 teaser asks you to "embrace a new perspective"

Sony will unveil three phones with 21:9 screens at the MWC - the Xperia XZ4 flagship as well as the Xperia 10 mid-range duo.

I read they will be working on it but it may not get used on an Xperia phone until the XZ5. But I'm hoping that's wrong and they actually do SOMETHING to do the XZ4 to improve that feature.

I thought all the haters common hating point is that sony phone has too small display and too big bezel ?           what is wrong with the ppl talking about bad customer service in their own country ? Seriously, sony hire those ppl in your country to serve people like you and obviously they dont send them to japan to learn their attitude. if your own country customer service is rude that means your country people are rude. japanese people is one of the most polite race in the world and those rude customer service you are facing is because they are from your country. Duhh!

                        Sony have long history of cheating and talking rude to their customers in the "repair shop".

                          When they don't even acknowledge manufacturer defects it's bad enough.
                          Manufacturer defects should be handled by any company without charge. Warranty or not.

                          However they don't even acknowledge it. Even worse than that is if it's out of warranty you know what they tell you?
                          Since it's not under warranty you can't send it in for repair.... can't even send it in. You can't pay them to fix your device that suffered their horrible defect....
                          You can find parts on Amazon and whatever other sites and fix it yourself they told me.

                          But no.... it's just us not being fair and trying to steer people away because we evil and have it out for Sony....
                          In fairness the lady was nice. It's Sonys policy and stupidity that caused the situation and forced her to tell me those things.

                            New perspective? Whatever

                              No one wants a 21:9 perspective. 16:9 was fine. 18:9 ok. No one wants a thin candy bar shaped phone or if they do it's a limited market.

                                    Everybody and his dog has abandoned bezels. Sony still loves them. Who buys her phones. I'd expect their mobile division to be defunct by now.

                                        I'm trying, Sony, but I'd prefer to embrace a good camera and you always fail with that (Even though your sensors are awesome)
