Anonymous, 27 Feb 2019i wonder how they faked it tho ?I think the walnut and watermelon aren't fake. It's been presented to show how durable its glass body is. If you watched the video, you might noticed that the LCD screen broke first after the second flex while the glass back is still in one piece. It might have survived smashing objects though the bend test is a different kind of torture.

Walter C. Dornez, 27 Feb 2019Still, it is a little disconcerting. They could've just sti... moreMetal is present as reinforcement behind the plastic frame. Though, since there will be an opening anywhere else in the phone, that will be its weak point since the metal support won't be present there. This could've somewhat mitigated if either the sim tray hole or the power/volume hole are placed on the lower part of the phone where they're not situated parallelly against each other.
Since it's been there, it's better to buy a hard case for this phone for protection. It's always my top priority whenever I buy a smartphone.

[deleted post]Never had any problem with Ali. You just need to carefully read what seller specifies, and af course read the feedbacks. I am using their site for 5+ years with 200+ purchases and i am completely satisfied, never had any complaints, the goods are always of great quality. Honestly, your experience is your own fault (i am not trying to disrespect you or to be rude)

Yes they goofed up big time by showing the durability promos. They will be mocked mercilessly and I still will not quote this phone as crap or junk. Agreed the structure of the phone is weak but you need to consider the price you paying for the phone and a user will use a hard case come what may. So there is hardly any chance that you will end up bending your phone.
