The Mate series will die. Bloatwei will die.You never know. A lot of people including me are tired of Google's software indeed. Chrome itself is a memory hog. That being said Huawei should allow its users to freely uninstall the software they don't want. Only then will the Huawei solution look better.

They should spur developing HengMeng OS.
I wouldn't think too little of it, because the first Windows was also developed as a emergency plan like this by the team of three people

This is great news if Huawei decides to cut back prices in the west substantially in order to compensate for the lack of Google play. This way we will get cheap and high quality devices on which we could install Google play ourselves.

I don't use ad-hell app YouTube, prefer to use web version after adblock. I don't use google maps, they are 2-3 years outdated, slow, has worst UI . I blocked google app on phone. There is absolutely necessary in that app for me in it (especially useless assistant). Only play store as apps installer. But it's easily can be replaced. Gmail app? There are much better apps too. Google apps are quite bad and useless last years so nothing bad to remove them at all

Just launch it with Harmony OS and we will run Android apps since it's supports Android Run Time

I cry, Samsung become new apple and soon will end up with boring phones. I really awaited for this phone, I save money from month, almost 1 year.... But this phone is good as dead, except China.
