Since patents can be found on internet, lets find out how many patterns that Apple has possibly infringed other mobile phone makers such as motorola, blackberry nokia, sony, samsung, ericsson, Htc, Lg...etc.
Then all united and counter-sue Apple.

Look how many patents the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket infringed on - just one design patent. I wonder what that was for??? Maybe the location of the Samsung logo on the back or the location of the headphone jack?? Lol - Apple are stupid. I cannot find any similarities between this and any other Iphone design. Can you?
Are Apple implying that they invented the bar phone?? Nokia please stand up.

We have spotted multiple statistics around smartphones – we always knew, it is basically a war between Samsung and Apple, for the topp spot. We spotted this today:
“Samsung reportedly shipped more than 20 million smartphones in the third calendar quarter of this year, moving the South Korea-based company ahead of Apple for the first time since the iPhone was unveiled. Apple on Tuesday revealed that it shipped 17.1 million iPhone handsets during the September quarter, missing analyst expectations by more than 3 million units. According to The Wall Street Journal’s anonymous source, Samsung shipped more than 20 million smartphones during the quarter, pushing it past Apple.”

REasons - 1. difficult to get a manufacturer at the standards of Samsung. 2. alredy have a contractual agreement for 'x' years with samsung(i'm not sure of it though)

1. Well, i donot neglect the fact that iPhone was the prime booster for the touch revolution. But one of the reasons for iphone's stint is the single device. there arent any other models by apple. earlier, HTC touch phones for Win Ce was equally popular, but there are other manufacturers in competetion.
2. thats the success story of Apple with music gadgets, every company has its own with some other products.
3. Agreed, app store minted a lot of money.
4. Tech industry wasnt ready for tablet back in 2001/2. MS XP Tablet was manufactured by HP, not to mention lenovo also had a similar slate later. I guess apple got 'heavily inspired' by those models, took enough time and released iPad.
In short, I give credit to Apple for its Creativity, not innovation.

I hope what the verdict was justified.
I know Apple has been innovating major technological products over a period of time. However, they are overpriced and beyond the reach of many people in the world. If samsung produced a few devices which resemble Apple Products and some even excel them, it shouldnt be termed as coyright infringement. Is Apple only looking at money while manufacturing these devices and caring nothing about afforadability in an age where inflation is over the roof. IF apple produces these devices at an affordable rate, it might be the only company in mobile phones. but I guess the business giants fail to see that and hence keep producing over-priced junk which is out of reach of a common man.
Hence If samsung sought inspiration from these products and generate cheaper alternatives for a common man, why should they be penalized for it.
Samsung Galaxy SIII is single-handedly the best handset even beating the Iphone 4 in all aspects.

I should've trademarked an apple as soon as I was born. Missed blackberry too. Damn. would've been set for life with royalties. Oh well..maybe avocado is still a possibility.

Apple should consider these as a disgrace,especially to samsung users..Not only there's a comptetion of brands but affordable prices a well.
Samsung has its own of manfacturing its products...so I really think these is a totally disgraceful event against comptetitors....

From now on, I'll not buying any new US products even they are the real inventor let alone Apple was just other people invention copycat.
Tell you what I'm going to sell my 32gb 4g+wifi new ipad, 32gb ipod touch 4th gen, in order for me to buy Samsung Galaxy phone + tablet to make up the losses they had to the US loser called Apple.

Apple are the worst copycats in mobile history . Samsung and other mobile phone companies have been manufacturing cellphones as early as 1981 while apple was busy with computers. Touchscreens were also part of those mobile companys innovations. Apple came in 2007 stole and rushly patented Sumsung and Others innovations and then punishes the creators for using their own innovations.
Why cant apple fans understand this? I think they have zero iq. iphone and ipad are the fruits of theft which is apple's strong point.
Their philosophy is simple to understand, which is, "Steal and copy and quickly patent.
