          I personally don't care if others don't buy or their sales numbers are low. People get what they need, be it an Huawei, Iphone or Samsung. You really should stop being a narcissist, caring and controlling about what others get.

                        REDROBOT, 01 Apr 2021May Sony will modify socDude... you need to out more.... but all jokes aside, Sony's Xperia never had the best cameras, and I am sad to say despite all the problems that the S21 Ultra has, it's still one of the best cameras that android has to offer. The S21 Ultra may not have the color accuracy of what you want, but it has 120hz, which is a feature that most people will immediately recognize as a plus compared to whatever motion "smoothing" Sony is doing.

                        The addition of the headphone jack is something that I also welcome for, but to be honest, Xperias in the past has also gotten rid of them and just brought them back very recently. Sure, it was distasteful for Samsung to follow Apple's footsteps in terms of not including a charger/removing headphone jacks type of stuff, but since Apple was able get away with it, so can others. Samsung can definitely get away with it since, there isn't really much competition. The only competition that they had was Huawei (in terms of the global market), but we all know what's going on there.

                          Just follow the rog phone 5 front designs, so symmetrical and good to look at. Remove the 3.5 mm port if necessary, just increase the battery capacity.

Yes, no punch holes notches, unsymmetrical front screens, really ugly to look at. Top and bottom bezels should be proprtionate with the frame along with the front speakers, top and bottom should have the same length.

                                They can make fixed 5x and apply 12x digital zoom there or use very tiny sensor like 1/4" or 1/5" to make periscope much longer.
                                They have one compact cam with 50x optical zoom, but larger 1/2.3".

                                They have experimented it since mid 2019 when making prototypes of 1ii. One of them had periscope.

                                Brands should do variable zoom periscope like Asus did years ago.

                                  What's surprising is that Xperia is actually making a lot of cash with this strategy.

Telephoto is meant for portraits that's why they made it 70mm. It's not all digital, lens does the magnification as well, that's pretty obvious when you look at the lens on the back of the phone. There is some trickery going on and from what I read the people who checked out the readout the image is taken at 20mp and then delivered to you at 12mp.

I do believe that periscope will be the main sensor and unlike Samsung/Xiaomi/Huawei that use periscope for super zoom Sony will use it zoom analogue from 24 to 90 or so while telephoto will be 5X at around 120-150
