I use OnePlus phones since OnePlus 3, then I bought Xperia 1 and Xperia 1 II and I'm going to buy Xperia 1 III for my wife. I'm not sure if I will buy next OnePlus phone, because their price went to much high. I will prefer to pay extra $300-400 for Japanese phone than some korean or Chinese phones. It was perfect when Oneplus phones was almost twice cheaper than Samsung or any other flagships. So, you are a fan of

More users = more people complaining about bugs, therefore the likelihood of bugs being fixed is high.
Less users = less people complaining, where the company adopts a "who cares about fixing bugs for a handful of people?" mentality.

Better tell Sony to work on their dim screen.
And bright screens don't give burn in, but cheap quality screens do.

Last one was Z5. I have solid info about this.
They buy the device when OEM does not send.
You can see that there are reviews that are published at least 3-4 months after devices are for sale.
Motorola, LG and HMD do not send as well.

HS power control, 360 audio isn't something special 4K120fps manual video.
so 12Mp with 1/1.7 same as S21+ sensor but even better with larger f/1.7 aperture and 256Gb-12Gb as a base model
so 4500Mah isn't enough??

Sony shouldn't send DxOMark a sample unit if they are not confident enough with the device's auto performance, plain and simple.

I'd say they were too generous to Sony putting them above Pixel 1. In reality, Xperia 1 II is still far behind of that old dinky phone in terms of photo quality. Yes, PhotoPro app is fun to use, gives you full control, versatility etc but...still NO QUALITY OUTCOME which is very sad. Playing with RAW in Lightroom is just pure waste of time really because of ... amount of initial data (Xperia is not DSLR, you know) . Did it, had enough.

I'm not sure why GSMA complains about the lack of 8k video - how many people have an 8k screen to watch it on, not to mention that phones that can record in 8k give poor results that are not worth it.
