Please bring back the VAIO Laptop series. I will buy one if they do. I love their design and the VAIO logo itself.
Also, bring back the year 2015 strategy for cellphone or mobile business. They had the Z5 Premium, Z5, Z5 Compact, M5, C5 Ultra, and so on. More phones, more options, more desire, more interested buyers, and eventually more sales for the company.
Thirdly, the Playstation series should focus on availability as soon as possible after it is launched and on all parts of the world. If they sell it as early as possible, people would flock the stores.
Lastly, Sony should work on Micro Sd Cards. They also should be affordable and should have low, medium, and high end options like (Sandisk/Lexar/Kingston). They're too good a brand to not be working on this.
PS. I only use Xperia Phones. 🤫

I'm not looking for the most expensive phone, since it has no benefit for me, and unnecessary spending is childish. If Sony killed Xperia 10, I would buy Sony no more.

But they have their niche like Lamborghini has. And less phones for people who know exactly what they want also means less waste. I am waiting for Huawei P50 Pro and then i decide if i go for 1III or P50 Pro. (I like Sony as company more, actually, but i want away from Spygle. (And Kirin processors are amazing.) )

I think it is likely that PS5 will match the overall sales of the PS4 in the future. I'm actually surprised since its not just the PS5 which is sold out but the PS4 too, at least here.
Also just felt the new Adaptive Trigger from PS5 controller. Sony fricking deserves that sales!

Less personnel, less countries where Sony is selling its phones, less money probably for R&D. In the short period, this could have positive effects on the profits (hence the increase in profit in 2020), but in the long run I am not so sure is a good approach.
Personally I hope they will succeed. I don't want to see them like LG or HTC, or even Nokia, where bad management decisions cost them a lot.

That is the point.
- suppose that yesterday in Tokyo they sold 20 units of 1ii, 30 units of 5ii and 50 units of 10ii. They are gonna make X dollars.
- Now let's suppose that today in Tokyo they sell 40 units of 1ii, 15 units of 5ii and 30 units of 10ii.
They would still make more money today than yesterday, despite 15% less devices sold. This is the point. More % of expensive devices sold can compensate lower total sales.
It is why you no longer see cheap phones from Meizu and Asus.
LG would still be around with they had killed K series at least 2 years ago.
Be sure Samsung makes more money out of foldable than M series, despite huge difference in sales.

Sony phones are not rare like some precious stones, they are not selling because they have some things that people don't like.
Mitsubishi Lancer was a good car but there were no buyers, so they left the market.

Though it’s quite good that they are making profits now, it’s still no where near top dogs like apple and Samsung.
