02 October, 2012
With a quad-core Krait processor and 2GB of RAM, this might be the device RIM needs to start the fightback.

I wonder where nokia is standing. Is there any ground under their foot? Everyone and now RIM is building powerhouses and Nokia is still with symbian.

great specs..I'm glad to see BB working so hard. Please consider a bigger screen for your top of the line unit on BB 10.Integration of Android apps will be a BIG step.I want to see RIM fighting hard to regain the position it had before

AnonD-71871, 03 Oct 2012because android still lag even you put octa-core procie on thatSo will BB. So will IOS. So will Wp. So will Symbian. So will Mac. So will PC. What is your point.

You say that as if you are idiotic enough to believe that whatever system you prefer is somehow above the imperfections of all systems or creations in this world.

When Blackberry reps came into my work to train us in the 9320 handset, they made cryptic references to a new generation of phones which they are very excited about but could not give us specific details of. I can see why they seemed so confident. Good luck Blackberry!

Nice specs if true (which may not be far fetched). Why all this gaming power? RIM have been approaching a lot of game developers and i know a few devs (i might be just one of them) to develop apps and games. Theyre taking the hint that they need to change. The new OS, as far as i've used it, may well yet be still beta, but in terms of usability i think quite solid. In fact i prefer it over the android or iOS in terms of UI navigation.

as u can post bk to me on adder2@hotmail.co.uk
as why dont u use a solor back 2 power the use off the blackberry , as i been useing the 9900 for some time now as it seems that we are always relying on a batt so why not solor pannels on the bk off the phone as they can be used on the front or bk off the phone then there no reason why all phones will be running off solor power instead off batt. regards mr chapman please reply to my hotmail (adder2@hotmail.co.uk )

So basically same specs as LG optimus G, apart from screen type and battery. What would be the prupose of all this gaming power in a Blackberry?

                          Heavy duty power points?

Seems a bit like a fanboys dream specs, not that they are so hard to reach, but not typically RIM's aim. And why would the fit a 1280 x 720 screen here and a 1280 x 768 in the L-series? Why not same resolution?

A very big leap from the not so impressively specced Torch 9860/50 and Curve 9380.

The most obvious fake in a long time. The only way to make it more obvious would be to write FAKE all over the slide. A fanbois dream specs.

black berry needs to have some stand out features for itself (like wide range of apps in ios or customization in android or social and app integration in windows) orelse it will become very much a wannabe generic phone with nothing special and fail miserably
