You enforce it in the country the products are being sold. Patents are an international regime. US patents are protected under European laws. If you can't enforce US or European patents in Europe, you can't enforce them anywhere else. People are spewing nonsense about stealing patents. If patents are stolen, products with stolen patents can't be sold outside of China.

Let me tell something to people who comment ,,MIUI is the best, you're lying" etc.
I had Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro and i used that device for year and 3 months. I had absolutely the worst experience on software which was buggy as h*ll.
I had also a lot hardware issues, sometimes the display would just stop working and i couldn't do anything but reseting by holding power button for 20s.
I can't say MIUI is bad like the design is pretty and i loved animations but i did not liked how they are ignoring customer complains and won't fix single issues.
So no, people are not lying when they say that it's lagging. If you had best experience well you're just lucky. Don't say someone is lying if you had different experience, not everyone has the same experience and that's all what i can say.
I do not like MIUI and i will never like it.

Of course it's good people have options, but they should realize chinese brands are built on technologies stolen from the western countries whose patents are not easily enforced in a dictatorship :)). If I have to pay double or triple for a phone made in a democratic country, then that's what I'll do. And if I can't afford it when it's launched on the market, then I'll start saving for one.
And please don't give me the 'everything is made there' excuse. No. It may be assembled there, but it's not chinese tech, it's Korean.

If so buggy then maybe avoid Poco until now stable

This device rocks. Score of 500+k for 179€ cant be found nowhere. Miui on this device is very optimised and with regular updates. It should be put in history books for be such amazing device.

I buy Chinese phones cuz they have unbelievable specs for great prices. [deleted post]You could be a conscientious objector against 90 percent of the products we buy in everyday life. Innocent animals are slaughtered for meat. Cigarettes screw up your lungs. Alcohol damage your kidneys. Apple and Samsung have minerals farmed by kids in treacherous conditions for hardly no money. Factory line workers build iphones in China working ungodly hours for insufficient pay. It'd be nice to live in a world where every company operated ethically. Every company is motivated by greed anyway and creating the biggest profit margin possible so most consumers will simply look at the bottom line and value for money.

I've had the Poco X3 for more than 6 months now, the phone has been dropped in a case 100s of times, dropped in water a few times, it refuses to break, also is a solid performer too I can play or emulate any game out there, if you can find one for 250US or less definitely a steal
