G... moreHo, yeah, in my country it's only a thing for old people that don't calculate that they could save far more by going with off brand not bound subscription (with same network) and paying a phone the full price than going with a bound 2 year cointract with a small reduction of like 100 to 200€ on the phone.
So I get your point, I really just forgot about it.

They are better and safer because they are a primary option while also still having cloud and Bluetooth. And there is zero benefit to the user for removing them. Only negatives to the people and situations that still require or rely on them.
You really do need to learn facts.

And their customer support wouldn't do anything if it was out of warranty. Denying the huge manufacturing issue with motherboards. Couldn't even pay to have it repaired. They would simply tell you to buy parts online.

It isn't very useful to use in-between levels between 3.5x and 5.2x. If you will use 4.4x, you can either use 3.5x or 5.2x instead. I agree with GSMArena that it'll be better if you can zoom between 3x to 10x.

Continuous zoom nice...everything is still just playing catch up.
50% brighter screen? Great so is not matching the brightness of the 7 year older galaxy s5. Finally a little brighter to match many years newer and much less expensive flagships....but still far less bright in sun light
Marginal improvement in speakers that were already 2 years behind other lower priced flagships.
And now even more expensive while having nothing over other phones except a little screen resolution and 3.5mm.
And now they took out the charger too!!!!😂

The earlier version had 70mm and 105mm, and this one does 85mm to 125 mm, with continuous zoom from 3.5-5x.
While, theoretically, that sounds great, I am not sure why Sony does not put Atleast 2 zoom modules into the phone. Like 2-3.5x and 7-8.5x or somewhere in that range. This random, and single zoom module is just a very strange design decision.
Also, Sony needs to lower its pricing, if it wants greater market share. 4k is not really useful on a smartphone, especially when the resolution advantage is not being used for specific apps, that offer a much noticeable premium or novelty over the competition. Its probably also just a nuisance on the processor.
What is the new screen brightness now? Earlier the screens seemed quite dark compared to their Samsung counterparts.

Sony products are known to be overpriced. Sony should announce and release phones sooner if they want to be more competitive, though.

BETTER at least 🤷♂️....well for those who thinks SONY is doing it better than SAMSUNG,camera-wise it's a big "NO"
Mathematically they are doing same thing....(only Genius in this field will understand) the fact itself is hiding market-wise 🙃.
Take it from me,big sensors with unique module set ups (undermining pixel counts) have always been the best in photo/videography world....but thinking twice,with this formula expected solutions are hard to archive except you are ready to maintain these key-pionts.
Better processor (which will spoil Sony's show,and that is why the formula works better for Apple)..;P1
Consider pixel counts (even with big sensors) besides it's an android with less superior processors(anti-bionic😂 if I may say), at least 50megapixels (the reason xiaomi mi 11 ultra triumph on DXO score board,then the Google-pixel too)..;P2
Like I said earlier...Sony with better sensors but poor pixels and Samsung with rich pixels but poor sensors 🙃🙃🙃

As far as I know Sony have close ro zero market share in Europe.
If they want to increase it they need to drop the price to get people to consider them otherwise they will end up exiting the market totally.
This phone is perfect in so many way's but if you want the average Joe to buy it that ain't gonna happen in big numbers.

So another poor, overpriced Sony phone that's somehow atleast a year behind the top dogs and even 2 years to the likes of Huawei in camera quality(using Sony sensors). Been this way since early 2010's with the Xperia z1 with a 20.7mp sensor that got absolutely destroyed by the 12mp LG g3. Sony were a good company when they made phones with Ericsson, after that they became garbage (literally all Sony phones have the exact same problems with overheating and super easy to chip the glass).
