did you know samsung a53 , a73 had 5 year of software support that includes 4 major os update. no midrange phones had like update policy ,

It's good to hear that. C'mon samsung your midrange phone cost more than other brands flagship. E.g My mom bought an A72s 5G 37500 rupees from a samsung authorise shop. If I would have know that I would have stop her and buy some other brand like Xiaomi, OnePlus, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, Motorola or other brands.
Most of the people stop buying it because of Exynos.

If you ask me we will jump to Xiaomi for a flagship specs under 30 k.

Samsung just does not listen to customers ,yess they make good devices so that said
1-price ...for a s22 price I can buy 2 smartphones on another brand and either snapdragon chips
2-sd card yess its important it's my job to sell phones customers demand it
3- chip why in the hell in Europe we pay more money for a exynos chip .....no way the last great Samsung phone is the s20 plus 5g that's it.....
Oe the s20 FE ....
AFTER 10 YEARS AT SAMSUNG no more I I already bought my mom a oppo ...no REGRETS

Ome reason could be people don't want to use oneUI by Samsung, which lags a lot after some time. And there are phones with stock Android and with better processors.

Since the change of CEO that happened in Samsung around the S10 launch, it has gone downhill in terms of design and decisions. And it shows.
Note line got hugely downgraded into being just special due to its S-pen, and then it got axed.
S line is underwhelming. Neither model is actually a great choice and the A5x and A7x were better positioned in price and features.
Since Samsung saw that the A models were eating into their sales of their flagships, what did they do? They also started doing nonsense here taking features out and raising the price.
I'm glad they have a huge stockpile. This will teach them to not try scamming their customers.

To surprise you, the aluminium frame is the one with minor dents but no cracks at all on the front/back Gorilla Glass 4. Yes the back is slippery and a frosted glass back can solve that. Okay, replace the back with plastic then - why take out the metal chassis? Now an A72 costs $650 😂😂😂

To be honest i was eyeing A73 but as it turned out it's pretty much A52s with slightly better main camera but no charger in the box and no audio jack and where i live it's about 33% more expensive compared to A52s...so why bother? Aside from the missing features and stuff from the box it's already been halfway through the year so might as well just wait for the next Redmi series.

I don't think that audio jack and memory expansion is the real cause of poor sales. Its the choice of very low end soc's Samsung is putting in their phones. I mean for the price of a52 or a72/73 one can get a Xiaomi or Realme with a flagship snapdragon 8 series chip which Samsung doesn't even give in its galaxy s phones.

Well... Reducing the prices could help. Every manufacturer went into some kind of price spiral in the last 3 years. Why? From 2m apart it is the same piece of plastic with the same display and same performance. Why should I pay 1000 US$ to get the 3 "Pro" cameras on the back? People started to see it, I guess.

My opinion about Samsung now is I only use samsung since I started using the phone for me best phone was Samsung but this is the 1st time my phone is not working properly I have to change I have seen all the A series phone they look like toy phone or I should call dummy piece not worth spending 40000 samsung should bring change in low ranges phone that is 30000 to 50000 at least they should look stylish specially rose gold colours this is my personal experience pl bring changes want to buy new phone thanks🙏❤

No service warranty
They have given sub-service station and when you go there they say out of warranty with payment we can repair your mobile .
People should know how to file case to consumer court then Samsung will be proper service 🙏
