Form factor aside the S series offers nothing new except the Ultra phones which are too highly priced and cuts into lower S series phone sales... Samsung needs to re-think a lot of strategies...

Samsung is trying to somehow sell mobiles now a days even by making false promises. I bought a m53 5g in samsung shop app. At that time could not add charger at offer price. Customer service executive told me I can get same after payment. Again could not add. Another executive told me to contact after delivery. Now after delivery they said now that scheme is discontined.
ALL MY FAMILY'S MOBILES WERE SAMSUNG TILL NOW. BUT NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO NEVER BUY SAMSUNG MOBILE AGAIN AFTER THIS.
HOPE SAMSUNG WAKES UP NOW. OTHERWISE IT WILL END UP LIKE OTHER WASHED OUT COMPANIES.

Next project for the EU, is to regulate how many phones/devices a company is allowed to produce and sell in the EU. It's insane that Samsung is allowed to produce +40 different phones a year (and many chinese manufacturers too). Regulate it down to a maximum of 3. 1 low end, 1 mid and 1 high. and they HAVE to be one size fits all!

The A series are at very high prices.......The A33,A53 and A73 are heavily over priced ......... A33 should be under 22k-23k INR.......A53 should be under 28k INR and A73 should be under 34k INR

1.they remove charging brick and headphone jack from mid rangers.
2.not pricing their phone accordingly. (Generally overpriced)
3. Using weak hardware compared to others.
4. Talking about service in whole life span of phone u generally don't need service unless you break screen or something and you can get it fixed anywhere, you generally don't need authorised service centers for Androids (lol apple)
These are some points according to me why they are failing.

This doesn't come as a surprise. Samsung damaged A-Series phones and ignored customer complaints. They previously called them Galaxy Alpha, premium built with metal and glass all-round. They were the next thing to the S-Series/Note Series for those that had money but not enough to purchase the most expensive of Samsung's phones. But, Samsung changed the name to Galaxy Awesome and switched from premium built devices and went back to using cheap plastics. Most of the previous owners of Galaxy Alpha phones are switching to Apple iPhone and Xiaomi upper mid-range that are affordable and premium built.

In my country (Central European country), you need to pray to God to not have problems with any Realme, OnePlus phones. Their service is virtually non-existent. As for Xiaomi, I think last year they started opening some Xiaomi stores and other third party service shops were starting repairing Xiaomi phones. Otherwise, you need to wait and wait..
What can I say, good luck to you. Lol.
