You also get things like A52s and A53, A53s, A52 yet the A52 is the more recent, better phone, the A53 being the worst and the 53s being a refresh of the 52s. Its so convoluted its as bad as the what Xiaomi does (they are the worst for it).

OLED screens are very difficult to man... moreI'd argue LG tvs out perform Samsung, for a lot less too. Never seen a Samsung TV look better or produce a better picture and generally everyone I know with an oled TV is from LG (in store LG Oleds look better, Samsung tvs are generally twice the price before giving equivalent quality or better). Also many phone manufacturers including apple with their iPhone 13 Pros and their 5k imacs use LG screens.
Samsung screens are mostly overrated like their cameras and their cpu manufacturering (tensor is terrible, exynos run too hot like the snapdragon 8 gen 1 which was Samsung and nvidia 30 series of gpus which again is Samsung). The truth is people think they're worth it is because they are the no1 advertisers of products, I would put money down their advertisement and marketing budget is double or more of any other company except maybe apple with the biggest departments for using psychological advertising to convince masses to buy. Simply it's why they are the most popular, not for quality or their actual feature sets.

I'm a Samsung smarphone user, and brought two more of their ecosystem device. I have to say now i regret my decision after I had a encounter with their service. Long story short, its pathetic. I should have brought some Chinese products and saved lot of cash for the same quality and better service experience. Never investing money on Samsung again.

I think Samsung's poor sales is the direct result of Samsung reducing the previously common features of including headphone sockets & expandable storage for previously appreciative customers. The new business model of not including expandable storage so they can sell much more expensive models with up to 1 TB internal storage has backfired on them. I was really looking forward to buying the new Galaxy S22 Ultra, until I saw it had neither micro card slot nor headphone socket, so I'm buying the new Sony Xperia 1 Mk IV, which has both. Well done Sony for giving customers what we want & appreciate. The camera sizes could be better, though, at just 12MB.

What did they expect? To sell A53 just as many as A52s? I guess Samsung thinks people are stupid enough. Removing basic parts of the box, out of a phone and giving worser chipset isn't going to help you either.
Not to mention that the prices went up.

DexterHR, 22 Jun 2022Don’t forget Samsung already made such promises with update... moreMid-range Galaxy phones are, as the name suggests, "Awesome", the Galaxy A33 5G retails for $360 with 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, OLED display, Exynos 1280 hardware (very good for gaming , life is not just calculating numbers) and it comes with the latest android 12 and you will have 4 android updates guaranteed, it is perfect for that price, if you have never had a mid-range Galaxy phone I recommend you do it, you will not regret it.
The removal of the 3.5mm jack and charger sucks, but those things are gone. I personally prefer the Galaxy A33 because it is more "compact" and "lighter" than the Galaxy A53.

It's crazy when Oppo has been making the find x2, X3 and X5 pro but Oneplus can't even come close to build quality or quality in general of those devices.

When my Note5 screen peeled I was amazed. I was luck it was just one week before end of warranty.
My M31 camera was pathetic. Screen got burn in just on the last day of warranty. I knew samsung was going down the drain. The screen was around 4 to 5 thousand.
It's just matter of time samsung will be history like NOKIA.
Ones who don't listen to genuine customer always falls flat on face in the end.
