Dani is right!!! Oh, well just face it... SE Walkman Series is 1 of the best musicphone in the world!! Thats why nokia put an audio chip in there xm-fones its simple bcuz they can't win w/o that... And thats why nokia also put a standard audio socket bcuz they are expecting that there client so bad and mad using there own headset... Don't you see??

Honestly people...if you don't like the phone then just don't buy it, no one is forcing you to, don't ruin the phones for others.

Two things, 1st: This seems to be a fake one bcuz the 5.0MP label is added by photoshop. 2nd: Why SonyEricsson is not Including AutoFocus/MacroMode in their walkman phones? I know they are music oriented devices, but AF/MM are the basic cam features nowdays, and they must be included in whatever phone that is 2.0MP or above..

but at the end of the day, any of us who buy high end mobiles can afford to buy decent headphones so out the window goes that argument.
and walkman music quality is just so mediocre. its nothign special. they dont utilise these sound chips made. ok i dnt know alot about them but they can only be a good thing. all the manufacturers use them except sony ericssons sot hat can only be bad.
and no dani, Nseries beat the crap out of every sony ericsson ever made, thats why they sell 8x more of them. because people want them because they are good and do everything.
the xpressmuisc phones are proper music phones with standard jacks and standard usb ports. they also offer far greater functionality for the same price + superior music quality.
its a no brainer to buy an xpressmusic phone over a walkman one.
stop buynig crap handsets because sony printed "walkman" on them.

I'm so sick of SonyEricsson... They used to do great phones, but now, almost everything they do is crap. Why don't they release one japanese model or two? Or at least more xperia - and sooner thant one year after annoucement?!?

SE gives great quality in the Box which are just Great, the Walkman earphones are just sooo gooooood!!! Bass and Sound Quality and the software is fast and easy to use...
in short : Walkman phones KICK THE CRAP OUT OF XpressMusic and N-Series!!

And sorry to burst your bubble, but the in ears that come with the SE Walkmans are some of the best headphones offered as standard equipment with any mobile phone.

You've mention that you just plugged in your headset and you're good to go. Why? Does SE headsets needs to be "glued" before it can be used? Of course its the same thing...plugged in! People here are just so lame!

i dont bother with a headset anyway, i plug in my headphones and listen. my headphones i own are of far superior quality to the walkman ones anyway.
and btw, mobile-review biased against se? hardly, they loved the k850 and everyone thought it was crap.
you all seem to think gsmarena and mobile review are against se and love nokias. strange you think that. maybe...just maybe SE's are not as good?

you know the phone does look pretty cool, its not bad certainly better than the C902, got decent looks and cam should work out to something good enough for a music phone, but you know what the prob is, misconception the reason we all got doubts on the actual music of the phone is mobile reviews fault, it don take genius to get that the guy who previewed it hated SE for some reason, could be anything like looks or pricing or even the menu who knows? but one things for sure the dude had some prob with SE before he got the phone and what better chance of a little vengeance than talk bad about possiably the hottest walkman phone thats gonna hit the market just days after it leaked, whos knows man this could be a majorly early beta, one of the nokia bloggers got the N96 beta to test and guess what it had 8GB and not 16GB cause it was a beta, hell of SE took back one of the most awaited phones the P1 they could easily add more to this puppy and just for saying the music is probably already good, i certainly hate the music on my N95 8GB in earphones its worsethan when i had the N73....

Even my K800i sounds better than my previously owned n73ME through headset. What i do like about the K800 was that when you pause or stop the music theres a fading effect before it comes to a halt. Small but detailed thing that i really appreciate.
