People dont buy sony ... moreLol, if Sony's stock like UI is bad then what's Samsung's and Xiaomi's bloated, slow, ad-infested UI? And short term software support is better than long term support which deliberately slows your phone down and drains battery, forcing you to buy new phones.
And what's need for official sales center? Nowadays we order phones online.

Sony phones are good. They just could put some more resources to bug fixing. They could dominate in camera competition as well, using tech and experience from alpha, but somehow they keep it modest. Price is adequate after assessing demand and profitability.

I love my Xperia 5 III, and the only thing I regret is believing that Google with project treble will make a difference in updating devices and one day it might be not vendor dependent.
Sony's update policy is ridiculous and closer to 1 year of major os updates when they start selling with already outdated os.
