performance wise I'm 100% sure this would be the same and not slower than its predecessors

    I'm tired of the 12NM Helio G series... They perform a little worse than a Snapdragon 680/685 and they are way less efficient than a Snapdragon 680/685 HONESTLY I HATE THE SNAPDRAGON 680/685 BUT ITS A BETTER ALTERNATIVE TO THIS!!!!!

          This has a worse SoC than the Redmi 10C, 12C and 13C.

              Should have used t61x with ufs storage instead of yet another helio p65 derivative, they even inked a deal with unisoc in fairly recent time

                          But putting a big camera island on an entry level phone is off putting

Unless, of course, it runs Android Go, but then that's ridiculously limited in what it can do. Ultimately, it very well might be considered e-waste because of this combination of things.

What you say now is that it is too slow for the price. That means if the price was lower, it would be good. It is possible for phones to get cheaper over time.                                   Having used both a phone and a tablet with eMMC storage in the past, I can confidently say that I absolutely hate the standard. eMMC should be illegal, it's slower than hard drives, which are already really slow compared to what we have today.
