The external screen is also made of plastic. Nobody worries about it getting scratched and destroyed within the first day of usage?

Camera bumps are not a design choice but a necessary evil which depends on the size of the sensor. Given that the camera has 1/1.56" (10.24 mm) sensor with 24 mm focal length equivalent, its physical focal length would be around 24*10.24 / 43.27 = 5.6-5.7mm, which is the distance between the center of the lens and the sensor. If you add the thickness of the rest of the camera module and the display behind it... there must be a huge camera bump, given that the thickness of the slab is just 3.6mm (or 4.8mm).
The only way to reduce the camera bump at the given FoV would be to use a really tiny sensor. But that is not optimal.

It's ok but let's not overestimate a foldable that get's another fold.... i have some hard times thinking what market is this addressed to. Tablet? Why would anyone pay 3400 euros for one?, phone? Why would anyone pay 3400 for a foldable. Who needs a 10 inch tri-fold display? With the money you can buy a foldable a tablet and you're still left with 1000€. But well, some die hard fans might pay for it for whatever reason, but then let's not laugh at crapple fans for prasing and buying whatever apple releases.

That's why I wasn't harsh on it and like for a 10 incher this is a really great weight i think, considering tablets are far far heavier and actually thicker than this!! Like, this is only 16% heavier than the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Let that sink in. This phone is larger, has a bigger battery and better cameras. Like yeowzers man.
And, I don't REALLY want the weight to go down, like I don't want just the weight to go down for the sake of going down, i want them to be able to cram at least a 7000 mah Si/C battery into this phone, have some decent speakers and have a good UW/selfie cam.
Like basically I think they've made quite a refined phone already, it's just further evolutions that are needed and not necessarily a revolution. I think this might be one of the most mature first gen phones I have ever seen. Remember the 1 inch xperia/panasonic phones? The Galaxy Fold? The Samsung K Zoom? Like those felt much more unrefined than this.
