All of you please search the forum for download links. A quite no of games, applications are available now in net.Go through the experience shared by others instead abusing at each other.
I had the phone for last two weeks. i am still to use all the features in it. i like the responsive touch in it.Ringing tone is loud and clear.
I have taken some photos in day time as well as night. The photos are good but not so clear in night. may be nokia has to develop some tweak / firmware for it.
Battery life is amzingly good.it lasts for 2 days for my use. it may vary from user to user .i normally use it for receiving my calls from clients and may be 10 / 20 min net surfing.
i installed a no of themes and 3 rd party applications in it including two no dictionary. All are working fine.
Install properly through Nokia installer and put it always in memory card.
Response is not at all slow even if i loaded 3 gb of songs in my mem card.
A no of compatible wallpapers are available in the net and already the links are posted here by me. All are good and it looks good in my phone.
Ringing tone is quite loud and even in a busy market place i could take the calls.
A lot of people were writing about the earpiece prblem.( luckily i dont have in my set ). Just relax take your phone to nokia centre and get it rectified in 5 min.
Mine i got with 11.0.008 version loaded in it. Those who have version 10 , can load the new version from Nokia site.
Some video files i could not able to open with a loclk symbol in it. Can anybody help me out hoe to open ?
I will keep posting useful information ( may be useful to others ) .
Its a wonderful phone, yes there are some bugs in it but Nokia started working on those issues and the result we are seeing the version 11. so just wait and enjoy and explore your phone.
I dont know so many features tiil now. it wil take some time to get used to it i mean touchphone type.

N97 is too expensive in price vs specs and also I doubt the sounding is as good as 5800 since its xpress music and N97 not being a music device

Symbian s60 version 5
I noticed that the GPS lock faster than on my N95. Stop complaining about the camera, its a carl zeiss lens with AF so hardware wise its a good piece and now just waiting for the firmware fixes on the camera. Hardware wise it wont be that bad since its already there unless if Non AF or no macro then no matter how firmware tweaks you are just there.

adrian, 14 Jan 2009i got this phone few days back, honestly overall of this ph... moreI brought it 2 weeks back.Till now it's working perfect except few minor bugs in the screen transitions.But my serious concern is same as of adrian,ie the sound goes up and down sometimes while speaking and at times u won't be able to hear from the other end....

This phones features are all awesome, except for the following flaws:
- not-so-good camera picture quality, considering that it's 3.2Megapixel and with Carl-Zeiss Lens.
- some units, have this 'gap' that you can insert the plectrum to it. This 'gap' can be found at the top-right of the unit and is noticeable when the screen is on.

Overall would be a nice phone. But this POS died in less than a week of very light use. Not the kind of quality that you would expect from the market leader.
Thanks Nokia for ruining my vacation.
Needless to say that I won't buy any of their products ever again.
