John, 01 Dec 2008I am Nokia lover but 5800 is not same as xperia or iphone. ... moreIphone is the best you say...heck no. The only best thing the iphone has got to offer is the brilliant interface. One of my pda/smart phones is the iphone. Ofcourse you know that even when it jailbreak, it is still weak. Camera is poor. Thefore, I am sorry to say the iphone isn't up to par with the the nokia tube as far as feature and functionality goes. The n95 even beats the iphone as far as capabilities and funtionality; I also have an n95. Do you even own a nokia tube(5800 xm) to be comparing it the iphone?

Anonymous, 01 Dec 2008y 5800 tat cheap compare to xperia or iphone those?I am Nokia lover but 5800 is not same as xperia or iphone. xperia is full funtion phone with key board and Iphone it is the best touch screen phone in market with all cheap available applications. Iphone is the best and this is why everyone try to compair thier phone with Iphone. Now Apple with only one phone in market almost number 3 in market. The 5800 I have not seen yet but it looks like to big and slow touch screen.

Hong Kong released it over the weekend. The MSRP is $3980 HKD which is about $512 USD. Way cheaper than HTC Touch Diamond & Touch Pro & Xperia X1 & iPhone. Can't really compare the OS with WinMo though. The processor speed is not as fast as the phones running WinMo, but I think that it is fast enough cuz Symbian OS doesn't need as much as WinMo when it comes to processor speed. Saw a few reviews from a Hong Kong site and all positives except for some bug with the browser when it is reading chinese sites. I find it a little thick for a non-qwerty touchscreen phone though. Touch Diamond is only 11mm thick and this thing is 15.5mm thick. Touch Pro is abou 18mm with a full qwerty keyboard.

recently i have the opportunity to see this phone. One of my friend bought the phone. But i dont like the design of the set and also the os speed. Nokia should go for high speed processor coz its a touch phone. But the multimedia features are really good. So its up to u what u like?

I bet this is gonna be a real Eye catching handset, I am damn sure that this is far beyond an Apple-i-phone, where many simple features are missing. But truely this will beat the markets catch. Now I am worried about the launching, I mean when will it be coming to the market. Hope Nokia will make it a bit offordable to normal people. I am talking about the Price, Thank You-Nokia.

Edqe ? The service determined by what frequency the phone comes with so you have. Lol they you dont have a 3g phone compatible in your country . One touch access on pc suite

i hope it will not be as costly as iPhone or X1 Xperia.. both the phones are really far away from our financial reach... if this one wil also above Rs.20K then it will be failure.. i mean they wont be able to sell more numbers
