One of the best phones for this price tag I would say. Mine is a Hungary one. Didn't have any problem at all. But the camera is not up to the expectation of most people(Including mine :p). Battery life aka management is superb. Sometimes last for 5days. After flashing the phone to get the 40v firmware upgrade, had some restarting problem, but it was completely solved after a soft reset. If you are searching for a better phone, I advice you to wait for Nokia N8.

          Cheers..!!!

It truly is a good phone. It's easy to use and great menus. The biggest drawback is the 128MB RAM. I wonder what was Nokia thinking giving it so little RAM.?

good to know that we already have 2 comments that they r not having a prob with their phone from hungary and finland..
and i do blieve that f u want to make it up to 35 hours of playback, u shud turn off all other apps.. tnx 4 dat..
i bet, those who have lots of complaints are phones not made in europe..(i.e finland, hungary) coz i also have my phone made in finland, and m using it for mor than 4 years already.
m from philippines, and the reason y i'm not yet buying this 5800 is that it is made in near our country.
and as i observed, many users hu posted their opinions are from here in the phil.. and i knw from where r the 5800's phone are made that were 4 sale in the phils.

Thanks for your reply, :D browsing internet its will drain the battery. For your information i do not use wifi yet, just using direct internet browse in my phone package. Yes its my phone line comes with internet connections.

5800EM originally made in Hungary, do they have made in Finland?

I think its time to have some chit chat with the phone seller about the phone.

                                Thanks for your help

Anonymous, 08 Jun 2010Guys I Need your opinion on this phone's battery life span.... moreWell if you use wifi for browsing, the battery drains quickly. If you are far from the wifi router, the works even harder and the battery drains faster. This is normal for all mobiles. To get 35 hours playback put phone to offline mode, close all wifi connections and running apps, then you will get it. When not wanted, keep phone in offline mode, saves a LOT of battery power. My 5800 is made in Hungary, original, so far no battery problems... :D
