I got this phone about a year ago, and now it has all sorts of problems.
The phone has now gotten a lot slower, connection is getting worst, and does not notify me when I receive a txt message (SMS). I would have to go in to my messages then into inbox before i know that i got a message.
Previously, I had a random shutting off and restarting problem, which was fixed by updating the firmware.
I have now updated the firmware once again to see if it will fix the problem of not notifying me when i get a txt message. But no luck. I even tried resetting it to factory settings, but once again, it did nothing.
Does anyone else have these problems? And is there any solution to it?

sai, 21 Apr 2010can any one confirm whether tv out and its cable are availa... moreif you buy a box piece with mfd after 11/2009 it will have TV Out. to confirm, make sure that there is no sticker mentioning "tv out not supported..."
But cable is discontinued from the package. u shud buy separately

Please can anyone quickly tell how long it takes to upgrade the new firmware 50.0.005? I am upgrading mine 5800 at the moment. After downloading the 148.9MB, it keep on downloading and now is 324MB.
Urgent in order not cancel the update.
