I haevn't had a Nokia for years but so glad I switched back! I love this phone! I thought I'd have a problem texting as I have long nails but it's absolutely fine. Just one thing, I don't seem to be able to find a usb cable to connect to the computer, is there suppose to be one with it?

I primarily bought this phone for the fact it offered a 3.5mm earphone jack but was quite taken by a lot of its other features. However the one thing i find more than a bit disappointing is that i have to exit the music player if i want to read a txt i might receive while training and listening to my music. I had a sony 800i and it is able to minimize the music player and launch the texting mode. Or maybe there is something about this phone that i am overlooking? Also buyers beware, i thought i was buying 'the whole packet' when making my purchase, but found out too late that the operater im with doesnt include the 'tv out' cable or the 'small tv stand'. I'm sure you have 3G or a faster connection in your location. The update is only 4.4MB.
If you still cant connect, try configuring your Operator Setting..
GO to Apps>Welcome>Sett. wiz.>Operator>Start..
It will configure your Networks Internet and MMS Settings..

i want to buy a nokia phone @ Rs.15000 - 17000 range.
features required to me are good camera with high video quality, hifi music player & FM, gaming, video calling via 3G[cellone user. need a hardy set as i am very careless/rough user.got in mind 5800 xpressmusic & N79. plz give a gud guide- as different reviews are confusing

i.ve got da 5800 nokia music edition and i.ve had some problems . i cant download from the music store. i bought 50 songs and eve time i try down load my phone freezes and it wont let me see my downloads . please help email your suggestions to bubycheesesausage@hotmail.com

this kind of an embarassing question but becoz i just bought mine 2 days ago and because of my poor eyesight and astigmatism i would like to ask if the signal & battery bars have 6 or 7 bars maximum? my eyes can't really decipher and my old phone was an s40 therefore the bars have different systems..

I bought this phone one month ago and I really enjoy all the features esp GPS...I really consider this as a smart phone...I advice you guys if you are looking for a good phone which fits your everyday life try this one...

i have bought one, and i thought that its camera from the specs is good , but it is very bad camera , and i have tried both the made in in china and made in hungary versions , it appears for me that the middle east version has bad camera, because i wasn't able to find in made in finland one , and nobody seems to complain from the camera like me ..but anything else in this phone is wonderful ....

i think that leaving it plugged in to a charger overnight really affects the overall performance of the battery.. try draining it all the way until the last drop then charge it for 8 hours

my battery didn't last a day.. i charge it at night and unplug it after i woke up.. DOES THAT AFFECT IT'S BATTERY PERFORMANCE?? but it's not working.. i listen to music for like 6 hours and then it started to drain some batteries..after it drained one bar.. i try not to listen or do something with it.. i just put it on my pocket and it's done! after like 2 hours or so.. i saw my battery level drop to 5 bars and that's kinda annoying! i 'm not using it and yet it's draining my battery without me knowing it! it's just a month for me now! help me guys! and hey.. is there no V30 yet here in the PHILIPPINES?? thanks!

i love this phone. i got it about 2 months ago.
i am absoulutely crazy about the phone.
unfortunately my mem card was corrupted because i took the mem card out without putting the phone off.
so, remember if you buy this phone, put it off before you take the mem card out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had upgraded to the latest FM version V30.. After which started facing issues with performance of applications and had to try the same old reboot method of removing memory card to resolve the issue. However after hard reset of the phone...all works fine...To hard reset (just dial in *#7370# and then put in the security code 12345)...however do back up all your data and setttings onto the memory card before you try this and you can restore it afterwards...
