hey i am interested in buying this phone and i was wondering how the call quality is and if there are many dropped calls......if there is many dropped calls could u give me a phone that has no dropped calls and great call quality....thanks

Hi, For some reason the ringing of my phone is altered and its seems the phone is ringing through headset even though i a not using them. Is there anyway to go back to normality

I just got the phone and feel very cool with it.I only need to know how i can permanently set alarms like a reminder on the phone. I always have to set the daily alarms everyday. Please give me a work around.

hmm.......this phone so far have not giving me problems after 10mths of ownership. but........ringer too soft.

Please help, i've just bought this 6260 a week ago and now i'm trying to put some mp3 files in my rs-mmc but unfortunately it cannot access my card although when trying to put a password it works.. I already tried transferring files using pc suite 6.6.16 but to no avail.. I'm getting frustrated on why i cannot move or copy my phone folders to my rs-mmc... please help me. my email is posted here... thanks so much. I don't want to regret buying this phone..

I think tis phone simply great
Ever since i bought tis phone never give any problem
i am tis phone about more than 1 year and yet tis phone looks new thts the 1 of advantage of tis phone
GHPRS connection is really fast

Hi, I just bought my 6260 last week. Ini tially it was great as the sound is much better than my previous phone (6600) and it can recognize MP3 for ring tone plus the radio is very clear. I do think this phone has a great look in terms of outlook design but it is not that user friendly as the button for navigation is too far. One thing that made me very dissapointed is that it doesn't compatible with quite a lot of programs especially those software that related to camera, video and N-Gage (all of these softwares are working fine in my 6600).

the batery life is very very very very very very very very very very SHORT ... but still loving this phone.. it's design is the best .... bettwen K750 and dis i've chose dis (nokia 6260 black) because it's design it's fantastic ... i know k750 has a grat camera but if i want to make photos i take the camera and make !!!! i wonder if will apear 6260i ???????? 6230i apear why not to apear a 6260i ?

I had fallen my phone for how many times but it still ok. but my problem is the housing of the phone. it is easily bieng scratched and even my fingers can make it scratched and the housing is quite expensive. the camera screen has blurred vision, it has lines on it. but still a good buy and classy i think.

Hi everybody...
I have bought Nokia 6260 for 4 months ago.But, I have a lot of problems and I'm very sad with it, coz the battery life wasn't longer...And,the MP3 Player sound is mono (the worst MP3 player)I've compare the sound with N GAGE, but it's sound still better than mine.I have MMC 1 GB, but I can't use it. In the screen noticed that "The memory you used is too big". And the last, the materials maked on 6260 is the worst materials that I ever had.
Can u tell the phones that I must be exchange?

hi krit,
try using the "card reader" for transferring the files and transfer them directly to the card.
for battery
that might be because you use bluetooth quite a lot. bluetooth consumes a lot of battery. use less bluetooth and the battery last 2 days easily.

i bought the phone 3 months back....its not that good..i prefer the nokia 3230 which is a much more completle phone or buy the k750i or 6630.the 3230 is an all round phone with an excellent value for money and all the features

I've got this mobile and what can I say is:I'm really contented.The radio is great.
But,I'm not contented about battery's life.My phone has battery charger BL-4C.If I listen the radio for 3h/day and the volume moderate and to call 15 min/day the battery life is max 36h.I want to know if can I find another battery with a life longer.Cheers !

Hi, I have been using 6260 for over 8 months now. I was pretty happy initially, but of late the phone starts getting hanged and has a lot of call drops and network issues. My netwrok operator says its a phone problem. Can anyone please let me know if they are facing similar issues. Else, the phone is top class.
