        guys, cant seem to find my disk with camcorder pro. i think its still with my friend's possession.

        you can actually search it on the web using google. you just need to be patient as searching it is tricky. check Yahoo groups too for the meantime.

          Hi Kinetic =)

          1) Yes, I'm also having that same problem. That problem is also seen when you're playing video. Its actually using the maximum volume so when you try to lower the volume or make it higher, it stays loud. I think this is a bug or glitch. I just restart my phone or sometimes plug the headset and play Radio and it seems to solve the issue (though after a couple of days, it will happen again).


          2) I havent tried changing the name of the image filename. My phone's default filename for image is "Image0, Image1, Image2, Image3.... so on" ...so far, my pictures numbering has no problem. I didnt really paid much attention on this. Do you rename the picture after taking it?

              MESS TO OWEN, OR ANYONE WHO CAN HELP.

              I recently bought this phone and didn't know that you can have software like camcorder pro and smarmovie, can OWEN or anybody email me the software and tell me what the smartmovie and camcorder pro etc does.

                  Anyone also have the following problems?

                  1) The realplayer when playing mp3 the volume cannot change. minimum and maximum sounds the same.

                  2) When taking pictures, EVERY single time u take pictures, the naming starts again from zero. ie: Pic, Pic01, Pic02... EVERYTIME starts from zero again.

                  I have these problems and i went to nokia care and they told me there is no software upgrade available... WTF man..

                                  hi to all,
                                  in reply to what mizzwolverine and alvin have asked about the video recording length and if it comes with sound, well if you buy another memory card with memo upto 256mb then you can actually record over an hour and more with sound, it all depends on how much memory you have either in your phone or memory card, its always adviseable to have a separate memory card to do your video recording/mp3 tunes with otherwise you will have problems taking pictures, storing messages etc.
                                  All in all i think it is a great phone, you can also get a satellite navigatione system installed in the 6260 with voice activation if you don't know how to then email me on suhel_miah@hotmail.com, i'll be able to get you one, the price is £300.

                                    My idea is to make a table with all the brands and sizes RS-MMC cards compatible with the 6260.

                                    So post here the brands, sizes and firmwares that all of you are using.

                                        I've just bought Nokia 6260. It is a great phone. However, I think the cam need some improvement. Can anyone send me programs that can improve the quality of pictures?
