But some don't know it can be done and some DO care, for example I have a Zedge profile with some Symbian and S40 themes, 600000 theme downloads in a year and a half. And they aren't even among the most downloaded themes. People still download S60v3 themes too, and those phones are quite old now. As for stability issues, my Symbian phones actually run faster when I apply a theme that changes all icons. Don't know about Android. Well, as for PC, I have a dark theme, moved my taskbar to the left, changed a few icons... And yeah, I have a clock widget too. :-) I really have to try WP8 before I decide (when I tried an iPhone I hated it after 5 minutes, zero options) but I haven't even seen one in real life yet. Just changing the color of the tiles is barely enough, and apparently there's a lot of other "normal phone" options missing too and Microsoft is too lazy to add them.

Customization is way overrated. Nobody ever customized anything on their PC. At most, people only have a clock widget or sticky notes widget on their PC. WP8 has enough customization for that. WP8 works out of the box like iPhones, most people care more about that than extreme customization with stability issues.

I have the phone and I'm really underwhelmed by it. I'm coming from an Galaxy 3 and a i4 before that. I was able to explore my SG3 for hours customizing and learning the ins and outs of it. I was bored of the 1020 in bout an hour. I see its dual core because there's nothing to power. Gonna be taking this back soon i think.

Please if yu ain't a Nokia fan or user, you don't have any right to scrutinize or excoriate their product. Android users should drag their laggy feets to their section and leave Nokia alone. On the other hand, if you're a Nokia user, just be patient with them and Microsoft. I see a big and bright future for Windows phone 8 and NOKIA USERS GENERALLY.

When will be the next major update for Windows Phone 8?
I really admire Nokia for making a beautiful hardware but ,although it is lag free, the OS for such handset still needs a major improvement..

It is realy simple if you yhink nokia ia crap and cannot compete with the Androids then get yourself an Android ....... All androids are alike ......... I will stick to Nokia and cant wait for me 1020

Before typing anything or commenting on mypost ,have some solid data..if lumia sales are very good then how nokia is kicked out of top spot to bottom in top 10 smartphone manufacturers. Apply some common sense before commenting if you have......
