after using this phone since august, I feel I must let everyone know this phone is awesome. The camera is mind blowing, takes shots that cannot match to any other camera mobile device. The OS is smooth, to the point and delivers in overall experience.
It feels fantastic in the hand, and looks great. Premium. My advice, buy this phone. It will not dissapoint.

jb, 26 Jan 2014people don't listen to these trolls, there just full of hat... moreTroll?…you're calling me a troll because I have stated what faults there are with the phone?…I think you need to change your attitude my friend. The point is that there are serious flaws with this phone. Just search google for 1020 faults and you'll see that freezing or hanging is a common problem. Also, the camera is ok but not great. that's my opinion as a user. There are too many times when you point and shoot and it is blurred or the end results are poor. This maybe set up but, as a point and shoot type camera, it is very poor compared to others I have tried. My suggestion is that potential buyers steer clear as it will cause them a world of pain. You like the phone, great, I'm pleased for you but to call someone a troll because they are stating some facts that you don't like…I think you need to grow up a bit.
