My assumption is based on this that Window phone 9 required Quad-core processor.
Window 7- Single core
Window 8- Dual Core
Window 9- Quad Core
We'll get some update but it will be 8.5 or 8.x something and I am satisfied with that.
But again I am not a genius but i am quite sure this will happen.

1) 620 or 820: - Pure choice of money available and features required. UI experience is going to be same, be it 620, 820 or 920. The difference between these three are the extra hardware features each carry above the other, like processor speed, amount of RAM, wireless charging, pureview camera, ois and so on. While the question of processor and RAM comes into play only if you are hardcore gamer and app junky. For general use and UI functions it doesn't matter.
2) What would I do if I was a beginner: - I am a beginner. I am currently using Nokia 5233, which is a 2 year old device running on Symbian. Its is still in fantastic shape, only a scratch at a side and nothing else, using it without any type of cover or protection (expect scratch guard) since the day I have bought it. This will be my first WP device. Now you may ask then why am I going for this instead of 920 and 820? Because I don't like much extra's in my phone. I want a phone to be a phone and carry some extra features like internet surfing and mails, camera for snap here and there and music. That's it. So you see, it’s completely based on my requirements that I am selecting this device. Plus its cheap, I can replace it in 2 years easily.
3) If this is going to be my first WP device then how come I know so much and why are people asking me? - Well one word is "Research" and other is "Girlfriend".
3.1) Research: - I have been following WP, day in and day out since its inception from WP7 and Nokia since last 2 years. I have kept my eye on their every move by visiting many websites like GSMarena, WPcentral, Verge, Engadget, Arstechnica, and of course the google search. But the best help I got was from youtube. I watched endless video of all the WP devices, I used to just go on youtube, search device name and watched it, even if it was in another language. I used to visit each and every link, until I could find no new links to watch or read. Specially the video reviews. I still do that. After the phone has released in market, I go to the shop where they keep the live pieces on display, and fiddle with it as long as I can, just to get a hands on of a sort. So that even if I am not buying, I can help others in making a decision. Also I like to play with various devices and explore them, I do it for fun on weekends by visiting the shops :).
3.2) Girlfriend: - My gf bought a 920. The plus point of this was I got to use it for longer period than the shop, play with it, tinker with it, and know it inside out thoroughly. It took me only an hour to get used to it, since I was already familiar with the OS, cause of watching all the videos. She was also a newbie, but was able to teach her within 2 hrs, without her watching any videos.
5) My suggestion for you and everybody: - watch as many videos of the device you love and are willing to buy, read as many articles you can, views, reviews and blogs. Best of all read the comments, leave out the hate comments, haters are going to hate, read to see if where if any user is unhappy due to some missing features, and see that whether you are ok if the mobile you chose doesn’t have it as well. If you are ok with it, and you find other things good, then go for it. Hope this helps :). If you have any more question please fill free to post.

Since am a beginner should i go for lumia 620 or lumia 820?? If u cant rily say, just tell me what u'll do if you were a beginner like me and want to switch to WP. Thanks in advance.
