The explanation of the missing vibration is that when the Nokia ingeneers were creating this phone they thought that not many people would wear the phone close to them, due to it's bigger dimensions and weight, and the second reason lies in the complex construction of the camera module, as well as the entire phone, and possible damage caused by the vibration.

it's been asked, probably, but scrolling 100 pages is not worth it, so, here's my question:
what's the stan-by time with medium usage?
I want an answer from some1 who has the phone.
      thank you

Video quality is the best between all of the mobile phones, display quality also.

                To gabii,
Texting is very easy on the phone because , the keypad is biggger than other phones , so u won't have problems SMSing wif it.

The phone is big when u look at it,but after u use it for some time , u feel that it sort of "becomes" smaller in ur hand .
If u really want to know the size ,u have to try the real phone in action.

so im having the biggest dilemma ever. BF's going on every 2 seconds with phone company as they make my life so difficult to claim my 8800 on insurance, imcompetance is all caving. after 1 mnth of kussing i get approved and now dont know what phone to get, the 8800 sucked, turning off with in 2 weeks of having it... they say i can get the N90 or Ericsson W800 or anything below that but i dunno, my eyes r bleeding i've been reading so much...wanna stick w nokia, its all i've ever known. what i want to know is, is the N90 easy to text with, coz it looks like it aint ? is it big and bulky ?

I will just like to comment on the person that post his opion about the phone haveing no vibration and it is a good thing so that students wont become distracted! Any student in hius right mind will have a choice between farting around on the phone or studying. This person who added is opion his a complete looney and must have some sense that not everything revolves around him. This person should catch a wake up call. I would like to appologize to everyone else for posting my opion that has absolutely nothing to do with the phone.

hi, my name is raksmey, m from cambodia, n90 is hailed as the most prestigious phone in the country even though its not the most xpensive, i bought this phone in february, n everyone in my family were against the idea, coz its too xpensive n m only 17, but i bought it anyway, the first week was ok, but the second week i started to get bored of the phone coz it dont have vibration, the sound quality is poor, big n heavy as a rock, n the earphone is not comfortable, also it cant twist 360, bad phone........

i have been looking around to get a new camera phone. The function that i really want is self portrayed camera phone. I was thinking either to get V3X, K750, Samsung P850 or N90. Which would be the best for self portrayed picture? would the 3g camera such as v3x be good? I know most of the phones would be able to take self portrayed by either looking at the reflection from the small mirror but what i really want is the ability to see myself before the picture is taken. You all get what i mean? so which one should i get?? N90???

students should only focus on studying in the class..so i think its good though without vibration, so that students wont be distracted by vibration when they r studying.

this phone is terffic with its camera, video calling and can take increadible pictures at 2MP quality. in addition, dowloading games, softwares, and files from internet at absolute broadband speed.

Can I buy for that "phone" kind of close up, macro, wide angle and telephoto lenses kit? Pair of flashbulbs? Or maybe there are available filters? Or there are propietary lenses?! Muy God, where is word rolling...

The design is nice but there are a lot of nasty problems:
                                        - if you brake the lens it will cost as much as the phone
                                        - it rotates only 90 not a full 360.Come on for 600$ it should go 360 , the 6260 gose 270 and it`s half the cost.
                                        - it`s to big and bulky.
                                        - i am a student and in the school we keep them on vibration , and this dosen`t have it.
The god news is that it has video calling and superb video and photos
